Great choice of lighting both in the store and online, caters for all designs, modern and classic and bespoke.

I had damaged part of glass fitting when removing the cover to check if the led had become faulty ,as it had an intermittent flicker .
I rang exclusive lighting to order a replacement led and at the same time two pieces of circular glass, and Suzanne who dealt with me told me that it had a 3 year warranty to cover the replacement led driver. The replacement parts were delivered quickly and very well packed to prevent any damages in transit .I can only say I had perfect service given to me, which in these difficult trading times is a real bonus . 5star service in fact !

The goods arrived in 2 cardboard boxes, and it was only on opening the first one that I realised that I had to assemble the lights myself. One look at the complicated instructions made me feel frustrated and annoyed. I spent close to £1,000 for 3 lighting fixtures that I am now supposed to assemble myself.
This requirement was not mentioned in-store and, frankly, at 82 years old, I cannot face doing this.
I won't shop at Exclusive Lighting again.

Great shop with loads of products to choose from.

I ordered a light on Wednesday, and contacted the shop to see if they could expedite delivery for me so I would have the light in time for electrician's visit. They were really lovely in helping and my light is here just 48 hours after ordering! Wonderful service. The light is perfect too, and was good value. I'll definitely be using Exclusive Lighting again in future.

Called me not long after ordering online to let me know about timescales as not all items were in stock. Delivered what they could quickly. Offered alternatives for out of stock items and then regularly kept me up to date via email about delivery. Don’t mind waiting for good products when you’re kept up to date so well. Thanks!

Staff were very helpful and sorted our queries easily. They were on hand to answer questions but also left us to discuss and decide on the choices we eventually made. A great selection of lights especially if you want something a little different. There are lights here for every room.
