Went to the Leeds branch to look at the display and found the perfect lights. We ordered them to the store and collected them a few days later.
Really helpful staff.

We visited a few times to purchase lighting for different rooms in our house. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. We had to order some lights as they weren’t in stock, but they arrived with us very quickly. I’m over the moon with our purchases and I’d definitely return.

Great items and good value. Arrived well packaged. Only issue was with Royal Mail whose tracking kept changing. Firstsaid I would get my delivery on the Thursday then when it didn’t arrive it had no date but items never arrived until the following Monday!

Delivery was dreadful, delivered to the wrong house, more over the house it was delivered to they must have thrown it over the fence as it was in the. Back yard and the gate was locked. Our order was glazed light fittings as well. Fortunately the packages were good but the delivery was disappointing. We had to walk around 3 streets to find it. Not professional at all! Moreover we called Dpd. And Christopher Prats and neither were interested in helping me out trying to find where our delivery went. After 7!hours we eventually found it! Disgraceful
