I'm so thrilled with everything I got! My invitations are exactly what I wanted. Thanks for such a great site with awesome deals and prices. I've already ordered more wedding items and can't wait to use the coupon for my next purchase!

I ordered thank you notes in mid August 2018. It is October 28th, and as of yet, have not received them.

I requested a digital proof of something before it was made but was told only invitations are sent as a digital proof first. Because of this, I made it explicitly clear how I wanted my item to be printed (it was a simple monogram, mind you...) and there were multiple emails sent back and forth between myself and customer service, with her confirming the correct monogram.
However, when I received the items, the monogram was completely wrong! "JAS" had turned into "FAJ." I tried contacting customer service, but they are not open on weekends (very inconvenient!). I have emailed them, but will also be calling them first thing in the morning. In the mean time and until this error on their part is very quickly corrected, there have a VERY unsatisfied customer.

Worst experience ever!!! They sent me the wrong samples, which I assumed were correct, and received 100 invitations I HAD NEVER SEEN BEFORE. Tried to exchange them for the color I actually received and all they could say was "we can't help you"! Why would you even have a customer service department if you can't help me?! Will tell all my friends of this awful experience!

I ordered my invitations here and I just want to warn anyone that is interested in this company to move onto another. Website is annoying to use when making your invite, it shut off and had me redu the order like 3 times. Then when i went to checkout i saw they put 3 orders of my invitations and im glad i really looked at it because i had to remove it. They dont give you an actual font size. Its all a guess. They say if your unhappy you can get money back but not with personalization. Just a warning. EVERYTHING is personalized so dont fall for that scam. You have to pay 50% of the order if you want to fix anything. And if its something that you feel is on their end its a joke to get any help. The Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I cant express that enough. If you are someone like me that needs good customer service to help make something a little better to move forward without stress then this is not the place. Its worth the extra money to have no stress and i regret going with this company. If there's anything you need help with it wont happen. I spoke with someone that was apparently the supervisor and she treated me horrible on the phone. They dont care about you as a client and possible referrals to others.. just your money. She lied to me and told me that she didnt have a manager, there's nothing she could do for me, she had no empathy in her to voice that i was upset or stressed out. Got a call from the manager so that proved the supervisor lied to me and was suppose to receive a call back from the manager after that and never did. There's more to the story but without making it super long, I made a decision to not give them anymore of my money and will tell everyone to avoid the stress. This is the only issue i have had with my wedding plans. I only give them 1 star because i liked the overall look of the invites, but they were not exactly how i expected and wanted and the customer service is a complete joke.

I ordered a personalized whiskey decanter set as a Christmas gift. The quality was exceedingly poor. The glasses had bubbling present inside the glass, the initials on the glasses looked like they were already coming off and the initial on the decanter was not centered. I contacted customer service through email and phone. The email took twos day to get a response (which is stated on the website) but they never replied to my second email. I called them and they were hesitant about refunding me and stated that I had to pay for shipping (which is also stated on the website). I placed this refund request before Christmas and mailed it back around December 21st. Fast forward to January 10th, I have yet to be refunded and received a new whiskey decanter today. I did NOT ask for a replacement. I don't recommend this website if you want quality personalized glass items.

the two stars is not for the lack of good customer service because they were great but I spent a good chunk of money on a decanter with my cousins initials on it for him to get it and the lettering to come off in a week (most of it anyways). I dont recommend anything on their site based on this experience. Why would you sell something that is suppose to last a long time but doesnt. to be frank it was embarrassing. I truthfully spent a lot of time to look for what I thought was the perfect decanter. I will not be buying from this place again.

We're so disappointed with our wedding invitations. We ordered the Vintage Lace Wedding Invitation (Item #891-0141). Exclusively Weddings uses deceptive business practices, which everyone should know about before purchasing these specific invitations. 100 lb. text weight stock is NOT 100 lb. cover weight stock. This little difference in text on the website makes a big difference! Most of the invitations on the site are 100 lb. cover weight stock. This Vintage Lace Wedding Invitation is 100 lb. text weight stock equivalent to high quality printer paper. Yes, the same printer paper used by your home inkjet printer just slightly thicker. It's about 40 Ib. cover weight stock. Don't take my word for it, read the other reviews on this card. This invitation is printer paper with raised ink and embossing.

It also took close to one month to receive the cards. It was 18 business days not 10 business days according to the website just to process and make the cards. This was after I repeatedly called everyday asking for status and them running around the warehouse clueless. We received them two days later. Ordered June 2nd and received June 29th. Now we have to waste more money shipping these invitations back to them for a refund. Save yourself the time and headache. Pick another website that provides samples upfront (i.e. Minted.com), then buy the cards.

I spoke with 2 representatives and a manager today. After wasting hours planning invitations I found that I could not sample my invitation. Which was ok because they claim they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee... This is not true so be careful when ordering from this company. Although it clearly states we would never have to worry about receiving a product from them because we can return "ANYTHING". They are using false advertisement. I was told anything personalized cannot be returned which is understandable but because we cannot sample their orders there is no way to guarantee satisfaction.

I am a bit of a procrastinator and they worked with me to get my items quickly and done beautifully. It was a one stop shop for all the gifts I needed.

I bought my groomsmen's gifts and the product was high quality and a great price. I had a customer service staff member call me to work out getting the items shipped to me in time for the wedding. She made it really easy and they got here in time for the wedding!

It was so easy to customize and they turned our BEAUTIFULLY! Really took the stress off!

We had our 3 monogram initials printed at the top of the Pearl Pleasure invitation. EW sent us a proof in a timely manner for approval. We could not be more satisfied with not only the invitation but the customer service throughout the process. Our wedding invitation is absolutely beautiful and looks more expensive than it cost. We would highly recommend EW to create your wedding invitations/gifts.

Received our products and they are great, excellent quality

I was very happy with the quality of the product. EW was very generous and did not charge me a rushing fee. The product itself was a little more expensive than I would have preferred, but I was happy overall.

I didnt know the bags were paper and I requested a color on them but they came black and white.
