I hired Frank (DJ), Frank (Photographer), and Hugh (Videographer) and they were AWESOME to work with. Photo Frank was so funny, took amazing photos and he actually worked with one of my cousins for her wedding a few years ago! Hugh was super nice and made feel less awkward when doing the video and I can’t wait to see the finished video!! DJ Frank was such a good DJ, he made sure everyone gave plenty of love, played PERFECT music and was overall so sweet and accommodating. Thank you to ThePros for making my day so great!

Both my DJ and photographer were amazing! The communication leading up to and the day of the wedding was wonderful. The DJ was funny and personable along with helping decide what things to make the day fun because he is so experienced. Everyone loved him! The photographer was very nice and did a great job taking pictures. He was great with giving direction, but also letting me and my maid of honor just have fun when she was telling us how to pose. The photos came back super quick and I’m excited to get my wedding album. I would give this company and 11 out of 10 :) I would definitely hire both of them for another event! Thank you for helping make my day so wonderful!!!

ThePros are exactly what they are the pros. I was absolutely amazed with The videographer Donald. I love how he was there and you knew he was there, but he wasn’t taking attention away from the event. I didn’t have to direct him. He didn’t have to direct me. It was a natural flow of videography and I can’t wait to see the result of our video. Abhishika she is such a gem. She definitely came and did exactly what she was supposed to do. She had great direction. She was very patient. She was very kind. He got all of the shots. Definitely got our moneys worth lol. And the videographer and photographer worked so well together as a team it was just an amazing experience overall I would definitely recommend highly again.

The Pros Wedding were absolutely amazing! Renee was our Wedding Manager for the Pros and incredibly attentive. We really appreciated her.
Our photographer, Abhishika (Nidhi), was amazing. My husband and I are shy and a little awkward but she made us feel at ease and posed us really well. We could truly enjoyed the poses and her attention, as well her ability to blend in and take pictures throughout the ceremony and reception. Her skill came out in her photos and I was happily stunned by the beautiful captures she got.
Our DJ, Michael, he was also wonderful as our MC. He guided us throughout the way making us feel comfortable and transition from one moment to another so aimlessly. He was great using our playlist of music choices too!
We are still waiting for our video, but our videographer, Cyrus, communicated with us on our wedding. I could tell he was very in sync with our photographer, and much like her, he seemed to really flow well amongst the crowd of guests and throughout the entire wedding. I took a peek a few times and noticed he had a big smile on his face-truly a great sign that this is a job he loves and filled with passion.
It helped a lot that our wedding was also at Valle Vista, a venue they were incredibly familiar with, which saved so much time for set up and flow of location. Our wedding could go so well thanks to them.

Hugh was our photographer. He was so sweet and did an incredible job with our photos. I loved EVERY SINGLE one! He has an amazing eye and made sure we had beautiful memories captured through out the night. He was also supportive throughout the whole planning process. Hugh was also so quick with getting us photos back. We had all of our photos 2 days after our wedding!!!! 😱 I would recommend the photo dash to ensure you get a photo with all your guests.

James was our DJ and he came with high energy and he was full of surprises throughout the night. He kept us dancing and laughing! He also was easy to talk to during the process and made sure we had what we wanted for our special day.

Sean was our videographer and he was great! My guests even complimented me on how great he was all night! He caught well wishes and special moments throughout the wedding. My husband also had so many nice things to say about Sean. He even said he was the “perfect guy” for the job!

Jerry was our photobooth operator and he came with so many fun props that provided us with so many fantastic photobooth pics. He also gave me a memory card with all the photobooth photos so that was fun to look at the next day.

If you are looking for an overall amazing experience, look no further! The Pros Wedding is who you should book with! They are also super affordable which is another plus!

We had an amazing experience hiring The Pros Weddings. We booked photography, filmmaker, DJ and Photo Booth. Mike was our photographer who was extremely professional and shot beautiful photos. Matt's short-form and sneak peek videos were unbelievable and had a very quick turn-around time. Eric had the dance floor packed all night and we continue to get compliments about how fun our wedding was. Shawn’s Photo Booth was a hit and being able to get every image taken as a download after the fact was a great perk since it made sharing online much easier. I couldn't be happier. Planning with everyone was so easy, we all spoke multiple times leading up to the day which made me feel confident and relaxed knowing that everything would go off smoothly. I booked The Pros Weddings for a stress-free experience that ensured I hired professionals who are committed to providing their brides with the best day and memories. I Can't wait to receive my wedding album!

The Pros were very communicative and easy to plan with for a year leading up to the wedding. Our DJ Rob was fantastic. He kept all of our guests dancing the whole reception. Rob played certain music at the right times and read the atmosphere of the room. Calm music during dinner, R&Bs for dancing and also played a segment of slow songs. We provided custom music files for our dance too and he made it work effortlessly. Our wedding guests told us he was the best DJ they had seen at a wedding. Highly recommend the pros! They are very helpful throughout the whole process.

Collin was an awesome choice to do the video for our wedding. He was super responsive with calls/texts and conducted multiple phone calls with us before the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page. On the day of the wedding, Colin was calm, cool, collected and extremely kind, which helped the entire day run smoothly. Highly recommend his work :)

Renee was amazing, she took care of everything. Tim my photographer was amazing. Everyone loved him. TY my DJ was just amazing. Everyone was just great. Great prices and worth it.

Our experience was perfect. We were able to book in advance and select the perfect photographer for us. Everything about it was amazing.

Update: spoke with the owner, Hugh. This review has been updated to reflect that conversation. Short version: The Pros company policy is to have their videographers shoot in 1080p. In 2023. Yes, you read that correctly. Your *master* video file will be 1080p30. Absolutely embarrassing. Other services (photo, DJ) are great.

Longer version: my wife and I booked The Pros for a photo/video/DJ package for our wedding in Oct 2023. When we received the video, I was surprised to find how low quality it was. Since it was delivered on a thumb drive, I assumed the final cut was exported to 1080p to save space. "Fine, I'll just ask for the master," I think to myself. Turns out, that's the only quality available because the *original footage* was shot in 1080p at the Pros direct instruction. My videographer found this to be an odd requirement (again, this was a wedding in 2023, I can practically guarantee the smartphone you're reading this on takes higher quality video), but I did not know it was company policy until *after* the event was over.

I spoke to the Director of Production, who was unapologetic that this is their policy in order to save money on cloud storage space. Glad you were able to save $0.97 on AWS S3 costs at the expense of my footage. No apology was offered and certainly nothing approaching a refund. Since we specifically instructed our guests not to take photos or video because we paid for a (supposedly) professional service, I will never experience the memories in anything other than a resolution introduced circa-2003. Great. Hugh's comments were mostly around 4k's impact on workflow, but anyone with even hobbiest experience, let alone a professional, can tell you no-one would edit 4k footage raw on a timeline; they would use proxies. It's also not the consumer's problem if the footage takes longer to upload from the videographer to The Pros? Set tighter internal deadlines and account for that delay.

To be clear, there is a lot more to video quality than resolution (bit rate, codec, sensor size of the camera it was shot on, etc). But you're not here for an essay on videography. Just take my advice and look *anywhere* else for video services, because even if your particular assigned videographer is excellent, they will be limited by the outdated company policies at The Pros.

With regards to the other services contracted, the photos were excellent. Both photographers were a joy to work with, and the finished album is outstanding. The DJ played radio-safe edits of songs despite my direct and explicit requests (on two occasions) to only play original versions, but otherwise did an okay job as MC.

Overall, I would recommend The Pros for services other than video. If their site and contacts are updated to reflect the quality of the delivered product, consumers will know what they are purchasing. With the current site design and contract language, it seems at best negligence and at worst intentional deception.

Update #2 (Pros Reply): Seriously? Did you even read the review? Yes I know you can request the original footage, that's how I know it's in 1080p30 just like the delivered footage.

We were able to find our DJ through The Pros Wedding! We weren't totally sure how it would all go, but our DJ Robert was amazing!! He knew exactly how to get the fun started and kept it coming! Prior to the wedding, he reached out and made sure he knew exactly what we wanted and executed the night perfectly! We all know that a DJ can make or break a wedding ... Robert MADE our wedding! I couldn't have asked for anything more! He was awesome!!

Booking all the important parts of our day was so easy using Thepros. Mark our photographer was the absolute best. He was so laid back and very professional throughout the day especially with all the last minute changes because of the rain. I can’t wait to see all of our pictures! Nellie with our photo booth was so nice and energetic throughout the whole wedding. Everyone said she was great!! Our DJ BB was a last minute change when our original DJ left the company. I’m glad we were able to connect right away to talk about what we were looking for because the change of Dj in less than a month away from the wedding was very stressful. I had pictured my whole day with our original DJ because I had met him at an expo. So to change my whole mindset suddenly was very disorienting. Bb did keep the dance floor going with great music. But he could have been nicer throughout the event. We all had to adapt to new things happening the day of because it was pooring rain. Unfortunately most of the feedback I got from my guests was that he was very rude. He did not handle the stress very easily and raised his voice or had rude comments to some of my family and even the event coordinator. He was very good about all the music though and kept the dance floor full! Overall I appreciate the service and made the planning process so easy.

Our photographer Dennis, was amazing. And we loved our short film video. The pros was our best decision for our wedding photography.

My husband and I were SO impressed with the Pros! Our entire experience from our initial contact with our consultant to our interaction with our vendors far exceeded our expectations! The professionalism of the staff, the cost and the final product was phenomenal! Our photographer was more than just a photographer - she was a bridal assistant and cared so much for our needs. Our videographer was excellent and so professional! Our DJ knew exactly how to meet our needs and engage the audience in such a lively and professional way. We HIGHLY recommend the Pros!!

We love everthing about The Pros, highly recommend them. Lynne our consultant was amazing to work with from the very start to the end. We picked Lawrence T as our Dj, Jackie P as our photographer and Jack H as our filmmaker. I truly believe that we picked the best team for our Mirco wedding. Lawrence and his assistant felt like a part of the family and did an outstanding job. Jackie is such a sweetheart, She truly went above and beyond to capture memories to last us a lifetime. Jack also did an amazing job making sure to film every moment I asked him plus plenty more. My youngest son absolutely loved him! Our entire team was down to earth but very professional. We are very grateful to have you all be a part of our special day.
