I have been working with Execunet since 1989. I would fax my jobs orders to Dave Opton directly. They have always been very professional and very helpful. Lisa Longwell has been my contact for many years and she knows how to hug the customer.

I have been dealing with ExecuNet Executives for several years. I find they are all professional and a good resource.

From my initial consultation through the receipt of my final deliverable, the process couldn't have been smoother. The initial assessment was thought-provoking and helped me prepare for an unexpected screening interview. It has been well over ten years since I interviewed externally and I was skeptical about how helpful this service would be. My concerns were quickly allayed after speaking with my assigned experts who helped me craft a compelling resume, executive bio, and one-page career highlight.

I would highly recommend this service. This was a great investment in my next professional move.

I find ExecuNet's services to be very helpful in finding solid candidates to help fill my company requisitions.

My experience is a few years old now but it did result in a new position which was the desired outcome. You have to put in the work to outline your skills in order for them to be packaged. My coach was very helpful in preparing me for various rounds of interviews as it had been several years since I’d been through that process. For the type of position I was seeking I didn’t find the job postings to be as relevant and I was still doing a lot of networking beyond what Execunet had to offer.

The transition of my professional collateral (resume, value graphic, LinkedIn profile, personal stories, etc.) was great. Revamping these representations of me really transformed my presentation as an executive and I am very grateful for this. However, I did not receive the traction I was looking for in getting interviewed for opportunities for fulltime roles or board opportunities. This was very disappointing for me when I was looking to be placed.

The job market has changed a lot the past few years. My resume and LinkedIn profile was out of date and needed to be modernized. And I needed some help with interview prep. I spent a few weeks trying to do it on my own but my search and my confidence exploded after working with the ExecuNet team. I landed the optimal role shortly thereafter. Everyone who worked with me (Saudra Botts, Mark Brodsky, David Topus, Heidi Krompinger, Holland O'Connor) has been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you! I do wish there was a bit more support in the actual job search process. Yes, I have a much better resume, value graphic and narrative for my search and interviews, but on the other hand I am still submitting resumes to job postings and hoping / waiting to get a response.

During my career transition, I had to face fear of the unknown, prolonged failure of undertaking it alone and eventual realization that I required assistance because I lacked knowledge to execute. I love my finished documents and it did help me in finding a job and getting a few job offers however the whole process took far too long (almost 6 months!). I felt for the money invested I had to constantly be pushing Execunet and its staff to get the materials done. I was always on top of turning my materials around and responding to staff within 2-48 hours where as on the Execunet side that was not the case at all. I also had to multiple times the strategy changed or people from the staff were put on my project. The communication between staff on the Execunet side was not good. I also felt like I kept getting charged membership fees even though I was part of the overall package and that was a pain to fight for that money back as well. I still feel that I should have received some kind of refund or extended services. The final materials were effective though.

My biggest issue is the inability to get anyone on the phone and answer questions nor set up return call times.

This is very disconcerting to me as I try to contact you but non reply indicates that you are not interested in my qualifications

Sadly, the advice received wasn’t anything special nor was it tailored for me. Seemed like the goal was to “sell” more packages.

No recruiters have contacted me since joining. The metrics indicate an investment without any viable return.

I have worked with ExecuNet for several years. The team and service are responsive, professional and warm caring people. I do recommend them.
