These tees are absolute garbage. The fit is horrible. Ordered XL for my husband and they fit like a S/M.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Customer service was absolutely NO help at all!

t-shirts were small and they didn't offer any change or compensation, this is a blatant SCAM!

shirts took ages to arrive are way smaller than advertised and the quality is terrible. really thin material and zero stretch

Selected one star because I couldn't write a review with zero, but the worst customer service and product I've ever purchased online. I was fooled, but I hope this review helps future customers.

Worst experience. DO NOT BUY OR ENTERTAIN THIS SITE! Might be repetitive
, but my experience is the same. Shirt fits my 8 year old…material is scratchy, and customer service is treating me like a scam artist…which is ironic. On my third email of asking for money back while still getting pushback asking for pics and explanations.

Please do not buy from this company. The poorest quality item I’ve ever purchased.

Again this company is not worth the 1 Star.. unfortunately no default to a minus Star rating!
Placed order through an Ad on LinkedIn which you would think would be genuine.. haha was I scammed or what.
Order arrived (based on other reviews this was a bonus) but I now wish it hadn’t..
1) Ordered large T-shirts and they wouldn’t fit a child
2) 2 of the items were the wrong colour
3) Material is of extremely poor quality
4) This non iron quote is a joke, you can’t iron out the creases that existed when remove them as they were stuffed into a poly bag
Unfortunately I made the mistake of not reading previous reviews which would have raised the red flag immediately.
To ensure this doesn’t happen to folks in the future I have contacted Trading Standards with all the evidence that I provided to this Company and the continuing delaying tactics employed by them.

Shirts are just awful? Shiney and cheap. Poorly packaged and no comeback even though it states 100% guarantee. Avoid avoid avoid.

Product never delivered, no response on refund. Terrible company do not waste your time or money. Seem to be a scam out of China, all the reviews are terrible.

I did receive my shirts. Made the mistake of believing the website hype. Simply don't buy them. They are not as described... they are not wrinkle free. And surprise surprise now I want a refund they are not returning my communications. Please take heed and don't give them any more business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I strongly recommend that potential customers DO NOT purchase anything from Executive Basic.

I ordered three shirts on July 17, and I still have not received them. The tracking information shows that the shipment has been sitting in the same location for more than a week, with no meaningful movement or explanation.

Even more troubling, I have contacted Executive Basic multiple times by email and received absolutely no satisfactory response. When a company takes your money, fails to deliver your merchandise, and then ignores repeated attempts to contact them, that is completely unacceptable.

At this point, I have serious concerns about whether I will ever receive the shirts or get my money back. Whatever the reason for the delay, a legitimate and responsible company should communicate with its customers and resolve problems—not simply disappear when customers ask where their order is.

My experience with Executive Basic has been extremely disappointing. I would not trust this company with another dollar.

BUYER BEWARE. Do your research before ordering. In my experience, spending money with Executive Basic has been a complete waste of time and an extremely frustrating experience.

I hate to even leave a 1 star review for this company. Their Google review rating on their website is false. I order shirts a month ago for a trip and still have not receive. I believe this company is outside the United States and is a complete fraud. Their return policy is 6 hours within order time. I now have to put in a dispute with my credit card company because Their lack of customer service is unwilling to work with me. I wish I would have googled reviews before ordering as I would have seen the tremendously poor reputation of this company.

Well what a mistake.
Slow delivery stuffed into polythene bags.
No garment content or care labels.
Everything they say about “no wrinkles”.. “no iron” is total nonsense.
Expensive rubbish.

Nothing to say that hasn’t been said. Totally cheap crap. My shirt actually fits pretty well but that seems to be luck based on other comments. Not only is it not non-wrinkle, it came extremely creased and I can’t get the wrinkles out. Looks like polyester - shiny and cheap. I am not going to bother trying to get a refund based on the horror stories I read here. Not worth it! Maybe I will try ironing it to get the creases out but I have a feeling that will completely destroy it. No major loss if so!

These are terrible shirts. DO NOT BUY THESE. They are nothing like the shirts that are advertised.
They are not stretchy, they are not non-iron, they arrived horribly creased, they are such cheap material you dare not iron them.
The sizing is wildly off, if you check the size guide and order accordingly you’ll get something that way too small.
Their customer services are awful too. You need the original packaging to make a return, or they won’t admit the shirts are theirs. You need to send photos of each shirt with a tape measure showing the size discrepancies.
No doubt they’d find an excuse not to give a refund.
Shocking, best avoided.

This is an example of world class BAD SERVICE. order shirts and didn’t fit and asked for an exchanged. 10+ emails later and sending over 10+ photos on the unworn shirts they said they couldn’t exchange them. In short, sold from a place far away and no ability to offer basic service and tried to email so many times, to wear me out. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are terrible.

I ordered 3 shirts from this company. It was my first and will be my only order from them. The shirts came in a timely manner but folded inside a mailing envelope. I opened them immediately because they were in an envelope I wanted to get them out. It took me a couple of days to try them on only to discover that my normal size of large probably would not have fit my 13 year old grandson who weighs 115lbs. Needless to say it didn’t come close to fitting me at 225lbs. I contacted them about returning and the said I needed to take pictures of the shirt to send them with the size showing. I did that but then they said they needed a video of me unpacking the shirts from the original package. Who does that when the order something?? No one!! My return was denied so I guess I will donate the shirts to a children’s shelter. This is poor business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEIR ON SITE REVIEWS ARE BOGUS!!

Terrible customer service; don't buy it, it's not worth it.
It lacks quality and they won't accept returns—do not buy this product.

Shirts are way undersized and the return policy is very bad.

Never received shirts. They gave me a false tracking number according to our local post office. No help whatsoever getting customer service to refund my order or send me what I bought. I reported their lack of customer service to my credit card company by filing a fraudulent claim. Fortunately I was able to get my money back. Executive Basic is a complete joke.
