After a stuttering start,Britt Ward proved to be an angel and my replacement seat duly arrived. Top marks to Britt.

I bought an exercise bike from Argos. It was not suitable, so I decided to return.
The reason for 4 stars, is that it took a little while to organise a collection. However, I felt assured that the collection would take place, and all my email communications were dealt with promptly and professionally. I would be confident to use this company again.

Excellent customer service from Britt. Had to arrange a return and all my questions were answered promptly, delivery arranged swiftly, and any issues solved.

Needed a replacement cable for Marcy multi gym and the team sorted it out really quickly with great communication. First class service 👍🏻

I brought a Marcy Eclipse HG5000 Deluxe Home Multi Gym, after a minor problem I have now got an email confirming my missing parts will be sent out, this is why I have now given 5 stars thank you

Really happy with my multi gym so far 18 months arm curl developed a small split in the armrest area customer service got straight back to me whithin 2 to 3 hours very efficient and agreed to send out replacement straight away cannot fault them for cover on the warranty and customer service thank you

Great experience I purchased exercise bike it was faulty they dealt with it very well and had a new one sent out immediately and broken one collected the following week

I contacted Pure-Tec regarding a small issue with my multigym. I got speaking to Britt and she confirm my warranty was still valid and would send me out the parts i needed replaced free of charge, and I would receive them in 5/7 days . I couldn't ask for better service. Britt made it all so easy to get sorted especially as I'm dyslexic.
Great customer service.

Bought a bike through amazon, and it was easy to assemble, clear instructions which just needed patience and common sense.
A pedal came off after 2 weeks, they were quick, friendly and helpful in replacing.

Had a piece break on my air bike, emailed and received the replacement part less then a week later.

I contacted this company to ask for details of suppliers of a spare cable for my Marcy multi-gym as it had snapped but beyond the warranty period. Despite this, they made the extremely generous goodwill offer of sending the cable free of charge on this occasion. Wonderful customer service! Thank you!
