Good Afternoon,

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our shipping prices. If you look at the delivery information on our site, it does state that free delivery is UK mainland only, and we do have to charge for larger items to go to some postcodes that are harder for the couriers to get to.

We appreciate this is not always convenient and we do apologise for this.

Hi Hasan, thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

We completely understand your frustration as to what's happened and we're really sorry that it has. The demand that COVID placed on the business meant that we were really pushed to our limits as a relatively new team and we have never seen demand like this before.

It resulted in some orders being cancelled due to missing components and created a snowball effect, and we can only apologise for it. we have learned, adapted, and are now just trying to make amends. We hope you can forgive us in the future and thank you for your time.

this is absolutely not okay, and we completely understand that you are angry with this happening and it is unacceptable by all accounts. We can only apologise for the inconvenience as this is an extraordinary circumstance. We can only apologise for what is clearly a communication breakdown and we're working incredibly hard to modify all of our systems to prevent this kind of things from happening in the future. It was due to the COVID situation and the demand that came from it on our business but that is no excuse for such a situation, and we can only apologise that it has happened at all.

We were inundated with customers in ways completely unprecedented. although we have now adapted to this and optimised our systems to manage everything we need to, we can completely understand that this isn't much use, and we'd love to help you get to the bottom of any issues you have.

Hi Alex,

Sorry that it has taken so long to get back to you, this isn't actually a platform we use but we're trying to address everything that we possibly can, and we can only apologise for the dire situation that you found yourself in because of us.

Our systems were not equipped for the situation that has unfolded and we were finding new issues regularly, and the last of these was that the weight set you mentioned was sold out resulting in us being unable to fulfil your order, and this having to cancel as you said.

That should not, however, have left you for weeks without an answer or be any closer to getting your money or product, and we can only apologise that it happened.

We're sorry to hear that you were left waiting for a refund as that is never a good situation to be in as a customer or a business and we can only apologise for the delays that you have experienced. We had several issues resulting in a knock-on effect, and that resulted in some large delays which caused further issues still. Hi there,

We'd like to start this by saying how sorry we are that you had any issues at all. We try to always put our service at the heart of what we do, however during the crisis, we had limited staffing, limited resources, and the largest demand we have ever had. As a result, we had to close our phone lines as we did not have the staff to answer them.

To help deal with the situation, we stopped taking orders until we could deal with all of the issues that were taking place before taking on anything more, and that was the situation you are referring to.

We then had to refund all the transactions which had occurred but had to be cancelled, resulting in a huge wait time which we sadly couldn't do anything about, but all refunds were and are still being processed where any cancellations are made by anyone at all.

We hope this sheds some light on the situation for you, but again do understand the frustration that must come with it.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, and we can only apologise that it was negative. We had some technical issues with stock allocation due to the influx of orders we had over the past couple of months, but that is not much help to you at this point which we completely understand.

We can only tell you how sorry we are that your order was cancelled, but we have changed multiple procedures within our systems as a result to prevent this from happening in the future.

Hi Michael,

We are so sorry for the delay in getting back to you here. We had a massive influx of orders resulting in overselling due to some technical issues which we've since fixed, but this led to a large refunding queue which we have since dealt with.

We can again only apologise of tall that has gone on and for the massive delay in returning your money to your account. If you are still having any issues at or there's anything we can do to help, please just let us know.
