Complete GARBAGE PRODUCT. Customer service is even worse. They charge for 2-3 priority shipping and still don’t ship for weeks later. Don’t buy

I received the product finally and so I am updating my original review. The product itself is ok but a bit of a pain in the butt to apply and I highly recommend using gloves because it leaves a crazy film all over your hands that is pretty tough to get off. The claims made of it's durability are sus since I followed the instructions to the T and the coating barely lasted 2 weeks on my tires and after a car wash in between the initial application and the two week period mentioned. My original complaint still stands though. They need to get a lot better at responding to emails and support tickets sooner, and their products need to ship out and arrive to consumers much faster considering it's all domestic and not some Chinese drop shipping company. 2 weeks is crazy, at least these days, to ship anything within the 48 mainland states. Not to mention, for what the product markets and the end result, $40 is nuts to pay given everything I just mentioned. Fairly sure I won't be buying their product again unless, maybe, the price is cut in half.
