I was slightly disappointed that there was no information regarding the ripeness of the fruit, I had to contact exotic fruits directly for that, also very few instructions for the seeds I bought but on the whole my parcel came quickly, I was kept informed about the delivery so quite good

Delicious and perfectly ripened fruits which was delivered in only two days.

I received my first box yesterday, and I am highly impressed with the packaging. None of the fruits were bruised, and they were maintained at an appropriate temperature. I am enjoying the experience of trying out new fruits that I had not encountered before. I wholeheartedly recommend this service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I looked at their site and thought wow, I can order fresh, exotic fruits for me and my family so I placed an order of a mix of different fruits that were available, most of the fruits weren't available, maybe due to being out of season, I don't know, but my order was close to £150.00. The order was delayed due to apparantly 1 piece of fruit being 'over ripe' and them not wanting to send fruit out like that. When it arrived I though wow, great....however this is where it goes downhill. Everything looked grey and pastey, not vibrant or sweet smelling at all. Oranges dry and crusty with no flavour, no juice, durian fruit was completely rotten and grey, I know it smells anyway buttons was fully rotten and leaking juice, same as the soursop, very sour with grey and mold on skin. This was on the day of delivery, my wife and I took photos and emailed them that same night. That was a week ago and nobody feels the need to reply. The mangos had gone bad the next day. The cactus pears had no flavour, the papaya fruits absolutely no flavour either. Really really disappointed. Apart from the terrible custoner service which seems to be non existent the fruit was crap. Its better from a market. Don't waste your time and money.

Ordered a variety of fruits from this site. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. For starters they advocate about how their fruit is different and not waxed like supermarket fruit, to find their mango came with a morrisons grocery sticker on! So save yourself £2 and just purchase unbruised and bashed from morrisons direct.
The star fruit was tiny, brown and shrivelling. Photo attached.
The mangosteen was rock hard and over ripe compleely inedible..
Delivery was delayed and came a day later than expected despite paying high delivery fee.
Fruit was all over ripe and tasteless. The only half nice tasting thing was the yellow dragonfruit.
To cap all this off, they state you need to report within 24 hours, their report page wasn't working, which I have screen recording of, I emailed explaining this, my first email for some reason didn't attach the photos but when I got their response saying tough luck you didn't fill the form in or attach photos, I attached photos which I can prove were taken within 24hours, to just be met with no. So because their website wasn't working, I'm penalised, though they did email me again to kindly inform me that thanks to me letting them know their website was now working for others 🤣 I'm sure that form must get used alot. Will not order from them again and would recommend you don't either!

One of the fruits was split in the box, but the packaging did look good so I assume this isn’t typical!

Great selection, but it would be wonderful if there was an app or QR code to tell you what the fruits are and when they are ripe, i unfortunately misidentified one and let it go bad because i thought it was under ripe.

Overall a fun experience :)

Easy order, easy pay, fast delivery.

There was little or no feedback regarding the progress of my first order. An enquiry was met with a resounding silence for several days.

Moreover, when the order arrived, the red bananas were more brown than red, which rather spoilt the expected novelty.

I read amongst the reviews here, people claiming I work for the company becasue I have widely defended them on FB comments where one person had a bad experience with one piece of fruit.
That person shared the images on her FB and got her followers and friends to attack the company leaving dishonest and disingenuous reviews.
A lot of the reviews over the last few days are by people basing there 1 star reviews on that one FB person's comments.
This is a disgraceful way to treat a company.

I have been buying from ExoticFruits since 2023, according to my account.
I've spent quite a lit of money with them over that time.
I am very happy to buy from them again and I'm very happy with the fruits I've ordered in the past and the customer service I've received.

I have received fruits which ha e been damaged and over ripe.
I have never received "mouldy" fruit as the FB person did.
When there have been any problems with the orders I have contacted them in the agreed upon 24 hour time frame and sent photos to show the problems.
I have always received apologies and full refunds.

Not all fruits I've ordered have been to my taste but with unusual, foods that can often be the case.
As a former chef, and a very foodie type of person I love to try different, unusual foods,be they fruits, meats, sauces, sweet foods, fish, vegetables etc etc etc.

I do not work for or have any other connection to ExoticFruits I am purely a customer who is giving my personal, genuine opinion of my experience of shopping with the company.
I will see what I can do to report the dishonest, disingenuous reviews which are based on one FB person having 1 piece of "mouldy" and not contacting the company in the agreed upon time frame.
I will also request my name is removed as an employee of the company.
Due to health problems I'm unable to work now.

With all of my defense of ExoticFruits on these dishonest comments on their FB posts I received a "we love you" box of fruits from ExoticFruits as a thank you and particularly because I have received some very unpleasant comments from one of the people who posted on the FB posts.
I've contacted the police about that, although I doubt anything will be done about it.

I've been hesitant to review ExoticFruits again with the free box of fruits they sent me as it will trigger further disdain towards me and towards the company.

The fruits I received in this box have all been very tasty and fresh.
One of the mangosteen's had gone off and the flesh was browning but there was no sign of this on the outside of the fruit.
All the other fruits were perfect although I have some apples left so can't comment about them.

My reasons for defending the company so passionately are that I hate unfairness and bullying and that is what the company has faced because of 1 "mouldy" orange which wasn't reported in the time frame agreed upon before placing the order.

I highly rate ExoticFruits as a company and will continue to use them very happily.
I took photos of the box of fruits I received but don't seem to be able to post them here.

They have someone working for them called herbie shine on Facebook if you leave any negative reviews/comment he will message all your family on Facebook keeps saying he doesn’t works for them in comments you can tell by the way he’s trying to defend the company he does

Terrible customer service and even worse products! Do not order their produce!
Already perished before the box is open!

Ordered as a gift,Fruit arrived mouldy and soggy, absolutely disgusting 🤢 As for customer service it’s appalling, they take ages to reply and when they do they actually have the audacity to blame you for it ! Fruit was 5 days in transit and was supposed to be next day! Wish I had checked trust pilot before making an order !!

Absolutely awful company paid £42 for a small box of fruit when I opened it , it’s was rotted see pics on my Facebook page carole rees ! They had the cheek to refund me £1.39 for an orange 🤦🏼‍♀️ the whole box was rotten 🤮 avoid !!!

We loved trying new flavours as a family and finding our new favourite snacks. Only down side that we had to wait couple of weeks for some fruit to ripen and some were not available for delivery.
