Ich erhielt innerhalb von zwei Tagen eine Antwort auf meine Frage zu der Software Expert PDF. Ich bekam Hilfe, welche auch sofort funktionierte. Jetzt "läuft" meine alte Software wieder und ich bin zufrieden. Neue Softwareprogramme werde ich trotzdem nicht bei dieser Firma kaufen, weil es nur Jahresabos gibt. Ist mir als Privatperson zu teuer!!! MfG Stephan E.

Betrug. Ich habe 2 Lizenzen gekauft, kann sie aber nicht aktivieren. Wenn ich das Programm öffne, werde ich nur zu einer Seite geleitet, auf der ich schon wieder eine Lizenz bezahlen soll. Kein Kundenservice, kein Support, keine Kontaktdaten.

I bought an ExpertPDF Version in a promo-action a couple of years ago. After my HDD and Computer crashed, I couldn't install my programm again. The Support sent me a newer Version and a new license-key so I could continue creating worksheets and other material for my students. Thank you!

Persévérance
L'expérience est mal partie. Nécessité d'un nouvel ordinateur. Impossible de réinstaller expert PDF car plus de code. J'informe le service client... pas de réponse. Ma confiance perdue, j'en commande ailleurs. Qu'elle tristesse, il ne répond pas totalement à mes besoins. La chance de l'abonnement, le service client m'informe du futur paiement. Un échange et me revoila avec mon cher expert PDF, aisance de copie partielle petit ou grand, aisance de surlignage etc. tout y est. Merci pour le créateur de ce logiciel.

I managed to get my Expert PDF 14 Ultimate program activated with all features working. I had activation problems. Olivia was kind enough to get me a new license key. It worked. The program is feature rich.

Exceptional Customer Service!
Bought their software, and it looks really decent and like it can do a great many things, I would definitely reccomend it, however the sole reason for my purchase was that I needed something that was super simple, fast and easy to use to fill out and sign digital documents. It was a little counterintuitive and I was irritated that once again I was wasting time trying to figure out how to do this nonsense digitally instead of just printing and signing which would take less than 5min. So I deleted the app and went on their website to ask for my money back (they have a 30 day money back guarantee). There was a chat function. I spoke to the bot, who almost instantly put me in touch with Randy, who kindly put me through to Dane in the billing department. A total of 12 messages from me in this chat (including hello, thank you and goodbye) And as good agents should, they apologized and offered to help guide me and also offered me discounts, but I was pretty set on just wanting my money back and moving on. Within 10min my problem was solved and the money was back in my account. I'm extremely impressed and would highly recommend them! Thanks guys. I wish everyone was that efficient! :)
(but maybe just work on that form filling situation please... lol!)
