ICH hab mich nicht nett benommen.

Ich bekam den Jahresbeitrag abgebucht für eine Leistung,die nicht ich, sondern mein Ex wahrscheinlich gebucht hatte. Ich sah nur : 90€ in den Miesen und bin komplett panisch geworden, sandte ein sehr aufgebrachtes Mail an den Support. Tags drauf, weitaus ruhiger, rief ich den Support an, fand mich ganz einfach auf der Seite zurecht, Support: SUPER Höflich, absolut verständnisvoll mir und meinem geklagten Leid gegenüber.Absolut lösungsorientiert. Mein Problem wurde zeitnah und ohne viel Federlesens gelöst.

didn't work

I couldn't make the ocr work. When I asked it convert PDF to word, it was not editable. When I asked to convert it to text, I got a blank page.

Great support

Not only is Expert PDF an impressive tool, but the license also allows use on multiple PCs. I recently added a laptop to simplify my traveling and the company sent me a link to install the program on a second PC. They responded in less than a day.
