Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable .

We asked Expert Heat for a quote to replace our 22 year old boiler after being told it was oming to the end of its life. Chris examined all our system and pointed out a few problems due to new gas regulations. At that point we felt full confidence in asking him to do the job.
We recieved the quote and accepted the offer.
A date was set and they arrived on time and immediately got to work removing the old boiler working in a cold garage.
All through the day they were friendly, very professional and explained what was happening. Any problems were dealt with and they went above and beyond.I would recommend the team to anyone requiring heating problems.

On time very courteous and helpful we have nothing but praise for this company as it is a pleasure to have them come and service our boiler so efficiently at a reasonable cost and we would recommend them to anyone and be confident thaat they would always carry out the same kind of service we get

Chris is very friendly and personable. I used the accessible online booking system to arrange a boiler repair. I had timely communication (although I did have to check my junk mail). Very punctual, competent and efficient engineer who obviously puts customer service first.

I needed a Boiler service, and it was almost Dec where major companies are busy. I have not only recieved a timely service, but the work carried out was neat and professional. I have been kept informed of the steps, and overall pleased to find a good local company in Wolverhampton.

This was my first time using Expert Heat Limited to service my Worcester Bosch boiler. Chris was punctual and carried out a great job so I will definitely recommend and use again. Top service. Came out at short notice, kept me informed of the progress and showed me pictures afterwards of the work done. Cleaned up afterward and even booked me in for a reminder for next service.

Have used Expert Heat Limited for numerous years. They have serviced our boiler and have found Chris to be a very honest tradesman.
If he has felt something doesn’t need doing he doesn’t ‘just’ do it. A nice surprise nowadays.

Very proficient service plus future maintenance advice

This is the first time we have used this trader and he was booked to service our very old Worcester boiler. Communication was first class even when because of work. I had to twice change the appointment. The engineer was punctual, friendly and respected the property. He took time to explain what he was doing and advise us as to what might be needed in the future.
Pleasant friendly and knowledgeable.

Chris fitted my new boiler a few years ago. He attended a home visit to talk through my options and cost points and even discussed with me features and benefits of each range. He made recommendations without being pushy and it was never about taking the most expensive boiler, because unlike British Gas, he isnt working on commission.

I have had Chris service my boiler since he installed it and he does a wonderful job. He makes no mess and everything is how it was when he arrived. He emails the certificate and payment is made easy by bank transfer. £99 for a full boiler service is a great price too!

Chris fitted 13 Radiator Valves during the morning and gave excellent advice regarding my late father’s House plumbing and Central Heating

I had a new boiler 3 years ago with this company and have had it serviced with them every year ever since. I cannot recommend them enough and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Chris is always incredibly organised with the appointments and does a brilliant job each time. Booking with them is super easy and I know that if there was ever an issue with my boiler it would be in the right hands. I was previously with British Gas, but Expert Heat is miles ahead of them in terms of value, customer service and reliability. A really nice and genuine company.
