I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Nika. I had a complicated case — a revision rhinoplasty — and from the very beginning, Dr. Nika understood exactly what I needed. I did not make a mistake with my choice, and this time I went to the right doctor — Professor Yavuz. I am finally happy with the result.

But most importantly, I feel at ease knowing that if I ever have any questions, they will always be answered, and I will be given as much time and attention as needed. Dr. Nika is a very patient and caring consultant who is always available.

I had an exceptional experience working with Dr Yosra in Istanbul. From the very beginning, she truly listened to my needs and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She connected me with the right surgeon for my procedure, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

What makes Jostra truly outstanding is her dedication and support throughout the entire journey. She guided me for four months before my surgery, was there during the surgery process, and continued to support me afterward. Having someone so reliable made a huge difference in my overall experience. I felt at home while abroad :)

She is always available to answer questions, provide reassurance, and offer guidance whenever needed. Her bedside manner is excellent—she is kind, professional, patient, and genuinely caring.

I highly recommend Dr Yosra to anyone considering medical treatment in Istanbul. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for every step of the way.

Ich habe mich bei Frau Dr. Nika von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie ist nicht nur fachlich sehr kompetent, sondern auch unglaublich einfühlsam und nimmt sich Zeit für alle Fragen und Anliegen. Ihre ruhige und freundliche Art hat mir viel Sicherheit gegeben.

Doctor Nika was incredibly supportive and was there to answer all of my questions (and there were A LOT). She connected me with Cosmedica who did a fantastic job with my hair transplant. Before, during, and after the transplant she was very responsive, and I never waited more than 12 hours to get answers. Thanks so much for your detail-oriented, caring professionalism.

Стоит обратитить внимание на некоторые моменты.
Девушки- сотрудницы организовали операцию и трансфер, были очень доброжелательными и внимательными, я это ценю, но к сожалению, этого недостаточно, чтобы компенсировать серьёзные минусы.
В аэропорту меня не встретили в назначенном месте. Пришлось искать встречающего самостоятельно. Хотя это был незначительный минус для меня.
В больнице переводчик меня не встречал, хотя обещали- тоже не страшно. Большой минус, что на консультации с доктором переводчика не было, а онлайн-перевод был неточным. Поэтому мы с доктором плохо понимали друг друга и оба нервничали.
Самое плохое: после операции нет связи с доктором. Телефона доктора не дали. Поддержки 24/7 нет. Если вдруг после операции что-то случится в выходной день, то придется как-то решать проблему самому.
После возвращения домой контроля за реабилитацией нет, общего чата с доктором нет...но связь через координаторов должна была быть. Через 2 месяца после ринопластики у меня появились странные подкожные образования. Я попросила координаторов связаться с доктором по моему вопросу или дать мне какие-то контакты, чтобы я могла решить этот вопрос. Они пообещали связаться с доктором и ответить, но так и не ответили ничего. Через несколько дней я обратилась с этой же просьбой к переводчику, у него был контакт доктора. Переводчик обещал мне перезвонить, но тоже этого не сделал. Также потом я обращалась через сайт к руководству кампании- получила автоматический ответ, что со мной обязательно свяжутся, но не связались. Не получив ответа в течение нескольких недель, в итоге я самостоятельно смогла найти доктора через социальные сети, (поскольку у него нет собственного сайта или открытых контактных данных), доктор ответил быстро.
Итог: если вам нужна организация поездки и несложной операции, то компания подойдет.
Если важны связь с доктором после операции, связь с координаторами не только в рабочее время, а также если важен контроль реабилитации и возможность получить ответ при осложнениях, то стоит рассмотреть другие варианты.
P.S. После публикации отзыва со мной связались сотрудники компании и переводчик, хотя я уже самостоятельно к этому времени решила вопрос, но тем не менее повышаю за это свой отзыв на 1 звезду.

Hi I arrived in Istanbul on February the 2nd 2026 , after an lot of in-depth conversations at home in Scotland arranging my surgery, the team before I got there were very helpful arranging everything for me, which went smoothly😀, I had an operation to remove a blockage in my artery to my heart on the 4th which was successful, then my main artery in my right leg was totally blocked from the knee down to my foot , I was 3 hours in surgery on the 5th which was a great success, they looked after me from the minute I arrived till the minute I left the hospital on the 7th very well mannered and attentive staff I had 2 surgeons work on my leg at the same time , as before I went I could only walk about 200 yards then I had to stop cause of the pain , I am gradually walking greater distances now with out pain , and the after care staff are texting and calling me every day since I got home , the reason I went there was the waiting list here was far to long to wait , going private here would have cost me 4 to 5 times as much as I paid in Istanbul , I am now a very happy person physically and mentally because of the expertise I received from all who were involved in taking care of me , a big huge thank you to all the nurses, surgeons , interpreters, and doctors 🙏

I would like to express my great gratitude to Dr. Nataliia Storozhenko.
She is a great professional and an awesome person.
I received help, advice and support from her at all hours of the day and night.
She organized the treatment process very competently.
On her recommendation, I had a complete teeth extraction and implants placement with Dr. Yusuf at the IME Clinic.
After 3 months, another doctor placed 28 zirconia crowns on me.
Unfortunately, because of my bite characteristics, I started having a lot of problems.
Dr. Nataliia was very concerned about this and strongly recommended replacing the whole structure.
She had several consultations with doctors at the IME clinic and convinced me to make the decision to return to the clinic.
I am very grateful to her for that!
This time I had an appointment with Dr. Osman.
He is a specialist of the highest level. He removed all the previous structures, reduced all the abutments and carefully made new impressions, taking into account all my peculiarities. In the laboratory they made beautiful new crowns. The doctor fitted them professionally.
Now I have great teeth and a beautiful smile and no previous issues.

I was looked after from being to end the staff that where responsible for getting me to my hotel and to the hospital where very professional and very friendly .Akmed looked after me very well during the night as I was on my own I really appreciated his care towards me he was so kind.Dr Atacan Emre Kocman is also a very kind and down to earth man who loves his patients and thinks of their welfare from first meeting until the end I have nothing but praise for the Ime clinic and all the staff You will make a good choice picking this Doctor and Ime clinic to look after you well done team

Hello, just wanting to let you know how pleased I was with the entire experience Dr. Yosra provided. She is deeply knowledable, compassionate and thorough. She was available night and day and no concern was too small for her to focus on and resolve. I traveled alone but never felt that way because of her constant attention and expertise. She comes fully recommended. There are many options out there, you can do no better than Dr. Yasra.

The same applies for Marynaa who works in association with Dr Yasra. She is kind, experienced, expertly trained and laser focused on exceeding any of your needs. I was thankful for the exceptional level of care she repeatedly offered and was truly surprised that all of my needs were so seamlessly addressed. My arrival in Istanbul, treatment and post op stay could not have gone better. Much of that had to do with her genuine investment in my care. She gets beyond full marks in each category of this review.

Thanks to Nika and Marina for organizing and caring for me during my stay. I'd also like to thank Katya from IME Clinic, who accompanied me and was always in touch, answering all my questions. My surgery was performed by Dr. Emre Kocman, with whom I felt in good hands. Ahmed from IME Clinic, along with the nurses, monitored my condition while I was in the hospital.

I would highly recommend IME Clinic to anyone! Dr. Emre Kocman is very high skilled facial reconstructive surgeon. Special thanks to Dr. Vadym. He helped me throughout the whole process from start to finish.

Excellent service, trustworthy company. From the first approach, during the stay, assisting pre and after surgery, everything was smooth and organised. Dr. Nika, Marina and Irem always were available for any questions or doubts. I never felt alone.
Now, back home, recovering, but still have they assistance, when need it.

Делала операцию в Стамбуле в больнице Атлас. Хочу сказать большое спасибо координатору Наталье Стороженко, которая профессионально подобрала мне доктора Кадира Берат. Я осталось очень довольна результатом операции. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам İME Clinik, Ирем и Юсуфу ребята на связи 24/7 очень ответственные и быстро решают все вопросы. Вас везде будет сопровождать персонал который вам поможет. В моем случае это был Юсуф очень вежливый молодой человек, который очень облегчил пребывание в больнице. Если бы я поехала одна в Турцию на операцию, я бы не чувствовали ни какого страха и дискомфорта. В самой больнице Атлас очень внимательный и приятный персонал, большая комната с телевизором и отдельным душем и WC , есть кондиционер, Wi-Fi и 3-х разовое питания, сотрудники клиники присылают медсестру которая будет находится всю ночь рядом. Это было правильное решения довериться им. Я рада что сделала этот выбор.

My name is Roman Ivakhin, I am a business developer from Kyiv, Ukraine, and I am writing a heartfelt review for your employee, oncologist Dr. Natalia Storozhenko.
Today marks exactly three months since I underwent type 3 surgery to remove 60% of my kidney after a nine-month cancerous tumor.
Before the surgery, Ms. Natalia was incredibly supportive, but I already expressed my gratitude for that in my second review.

Now, in this third review, I must express my deepest support for her online work. After successfully removing my left kidney, I was discharged a week later. But another week later, as a consequence of the surgery, which included a bacterial colon cleanse, I developed a long and painful ANTIBACTERIOSIS, which prevented me from eating normally and caused me to lose my taste for almost everything I could eat.
And here, Natalia, in my opinion, performed the most difficult and most useful work for me. She prescribed me a special diet to restore my intestinal microflora, which had been a very long, painful, and irritating process for me. I drank a lot of kefir and all fermented milk products. This doctor was always online with me, like a "personal nanny," and it was a relief and a pleasure for me.
Today, in these days of January 2026, I've only just begun to feel my SENSE OF TASTE returning to its pre-surgery feeling to food, much as Natalia predicted.

Finally, I personally express my gratitude to the management of Medical Experts for referring me online to Dr. Natalia Storozhenko, who also happens to be my fellow countrywoman from Ukraine, back in early spring 2025. Natalia helped me recover and mentally recover during the post-operative period.
I believe that after all the work she has done over the past 10 months, she deserves an additional cash bonus for her hard work. Personally, I don't even want to say goodbye to her ))
