Beware of fraud!!

I had ordered their products on one card in my paypal wallet. They reimbursed me on that card. They the went to a second card in my pay pal wallet and charge me again, plus more charges I did not agree to. I wrote the card number down and the charges as they appeared on the card and send them in. I told them it was fraud because they used a card they did not have permission to use. They then said I had to have a ticket number. There isn't one because the charges were fraud. Now they say they wont help me. They stole money from a different card. If I want help, I will have to get an attorney involved. Which I might do just because they had no right to use the card after I asked for a refund and use another card. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not a good company. They are fraudsters.

Scam Company !

I have purchased over $200.00 of their products. Have bought several programs for work from home products. I CAN NOT download ANY of the products bc/ of not being able to get a secure connection. Have requested money back over 5 times to no avail. They bragged on their money back - no questions asked. All lies!!!
I would advise everyone to not do any business with this company!! Their money back no questions asked is a LIE!! I sent amounts, order numbers, and product descriptions more than once. SCAM!!!

No. You never refunded my money. You may have sent it to somebody else but it never came back to my bank account.

The refund blues

I asked for a refund and at first they said it would take 48 hours after that they closed the ticket and then I had to wait 3 more days to find out after I already opened another ticket that they refunded me, but it will take 5 to 7 working days to actually get the funds back into my account, and I am still waiting and not very happy, because I am on a fixed income and I need that money to buy something else this month, but I have to wait until March just to get my money back!

They won’t give you a refund or make it


They won’t give you a refund or make it extremely hard to get a refund. They keep saying they’re processing it and won’t do it. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve asked for a refund. Terrible customer service and ran business. I reported them to the FTC. So if anyone is still having issues contact FTC (Federal Trade Commission) in your country. It takes about 5 minutes to do. Don’t give them your money unless you know for a fact you won’t ask for it back.

Edit: Don’t lie and say you can’t find my order because you wouldn’t have emailed me back after I told you I reported your company to the FTC. The guy I’m talking to is named Tabon K. And now said he’s processing my refund. Don’t play with me. Maybe stop replying to people issues and actually give them a refund if they asked. All these people aren’t making up that y’all WONT give them a refund. Maybe stop making videos saying no questions ask. Y’all are weird.

Just how much do you want to spend.

First of all, I want to thank Explodely for giving my refund back. I realized this was just not for me. It took awhile because it was hard dealing with an AI Response team . However, when I got to speak with a live person in their support team, it went rather smoothly., I spoke with them on how to make their AI more comfortable for their clients, like after a few questions, then leave AI and go to live support. I also said they should have more answers. There’s nothing that makes someone more mad than to fill out a form, each time and then get the same answer. Hopefully Explodely will earn your trust .

This is the program scammers use for payment and they must know but chose to do nothing about it.
If payments are through Explodly.com don't use it as there is a very high chance it is a scam.
I have already had one refund from Explodly after Westpac fraud department were notified of my loss and today I had another loss to 800-853-0846 DIGITAL
It is not the loss that worries me but the fact that scammers use your site and you choose to let them give you a bad name by allowing them to continue getting their money through you.

The seller within the company never did


The seller within the company never did what he said in his emails or videos that I had to endure to get to support. I never made these charges to my account and there were a lot of different ones. One of the statements in one video even stated that someone is trying to get him so we may be targeted. And someone would go to jail !!
