Can't get my money back! I've been on my phone for the past 3 or 4 days with the same bullshit emajls about if i need help with the products to email this person or support team or seller! They keep saying tickets are resolved! No they are not!!! I just wanted to add this...I purchased 6 products from different sellers which began on the 14th. I have been on my phone every day since then! I've been reading the reviews in here. Wow...they are literally ripping us off! I just don't get how these ppl can do this to so many of us and still get away with it! I'm so upset and frustrated! Has anyone gotten any refunds since your reviews? I am curious. Thx

I have received a refund on each company that I bought through Explodely. On one in particular, was altogether over 230 dollars. That specific program said it was easy. And it was, until I had to put together an Instagram page and I just did not understand how to do it. I asked for my money back and it was refunded within a day or two. However, since then I've tried to do a few more that are suppose to be easy and cheap but the fraud department at the banks I use are turning them down. I think it is because of supposed unbiased bad reviews by certain companies. If I were Explodely, I would sue them for slander and libel.

There is no improving for this company since they are only trying to make quick money and will not give any refunds. I have bought several products that were being sold through Explodely and every one of them has turned out to be a scam. I will never buy another product where I see that they have anything to do with it. No business should be allowed to operate the way Explodely does.

it is impossible to get a refund through Explodely..first you make a ticket explaining what the problem and they send the problem to the creator and mark the ticket as resolved,so you reopen the ticket because nothing was resolved and around and around we go..it is a never ending vicious circle where nobody will take responsibility,,explodely has shared information with the vendors on how to create auto responses to reply to these tickets so you get a lot of the same generic responses,,during my research i discovered the article that explodely shared so both them and the vendors are in cahoots or in bed together on this scheme, how to NOT refund and since explodely is actually the party that took the money and gave the reciept then they should be just as liable as the vendor in returning our funds that were taken with no intention of returning the money....however i saw where you can file a complaint against them with the Better Busines Bureau and people were getting their refunds, that is where i
m headed next,,we have to stop these criminals somehow,,what ever it takes..i have all the documentation if proof is needed

Total scam. I never got to the account dashboard due to payment failure on their app. I checked with my banks and they had never received a request for payment from this company. I have requested refunds and they just keep sending me links to videos I have seen a dozen times.

In my opinion, this company is a scam!

After making your initial $19.99 purchase, you'll see a charge for $38 on your account.
Then comes the upgrades the first was $129. Once I said yes, I was charged $143.

Then comes a second upgrade for an additional hundred-plus dollars. I was fed up after that. 😡 Then decided I no longer wanted this program! if I had to pay nearly $300 for a product that was supposedly $19.99.

I immediately sent an email requesting a refund. Their response (below) was ridiculous, irritating, and frankly, made me angry. Read their stupid reply to my refund request below:

"I understand your request for a refund, and I'd be happy to assist you. As part of our refund policy, we require proof that you have applied the program before processing any refunds. This ensures you've had the opportunity to test the system and follow the steps provided.

You can provide any of the following as proof of application: a screenshot or link showing a social media post related to the program; proof that you've created an affiliate account on Hotmart (a screenshot of your dashboard works); or a Google Sheet or Excel file tracking your progress and actions taken from the training.

Once we receive this, we'll be able to move forward with your request. If you've run into difficulties applying the program, I'd also be happy to guide you through it.

Thanks."

You have got to be kidding me right! My advice is: don't do it! After reading the one star reviews I realize this program is a scam and my card company helped me get my money back!

You are a scam,Paid you this morning ,you are no longer responding to my emails,you send me from pillar to post when I asked to pay my money back why are you targeting the poor,jus because we are separated to clear our poverty,you are not fair .I borrowed money thinking I will more,instead you robbed me

I signed a contract with them for services that do not exist. I only get automated responses from Matt Scott. Customer services has replied though. Thought I was actually going to get assistance, they sent me a link to a an admin website, but there was no information. Everytime I asked for assistance, I was sent another link to the same videos asking for more money to deliver services. And I rewatched the end of the video where they said I gave an affirmative response. One “affirmative” response I never pressed the button to affirm. The second “affirmative” response there was no button to confirm. I fell asleep during the video, and woke up to two more charges on my credit card. This is either a scam or an extremely disorganized company. They only send videos asking for more money, and the only thing that was delivered were broken promises.

I have been trying to get a refund for 3 purchases and I had to creat a ticket with seller as they are a 3 party company. The seller emailed the same messages trying to get me to buy another product instead of giving me a refund like I asked. This has been going on since may 28th and when you call customer service they say they can't do anything about and you need contact seller!!! This is the worst service ever and I will be contacting my lawyer because, the seller is sending automatic messages that are the same and trying to scam me at the same time. EXPLODELY has the nerve to say hassle free service but, that is a damn lie. Dealing with this company has been nothing but, a pain!!!!

I'm actually rating my experience on myself. Have watched time and time again how the platforms are allowing any and everyone in to sell products based on illusions. There's too many out there to keep up with, so I'm going after the sites that are obviously getting their share of what I see as dirty money. So if we stop using them based on their lack of patrolling their own backyard, just maybe they won't be so quick to keep allowing this crap.
Look out crooks, I'm coming. And I'm bringing HELL WITH ME!!

Scam I gave 20 and got nothing but did get my 20 back

Sooo I just got this message thought I’d check it out from explodely stating just using my apps even just messages I’ll get money daily from using this app or what where is this legit or actually a scam??? I’m not seeing anything one here like what I was offered so Curious to know is anyone else has seen that page as well because the one y’all are talking about sounds nothing like the one I was sent to

They behaved totally ineptly when I wanted a refund.
They outwaited me beyond the time by which I could claim a refund and denied responsibility.

The place to threaten them is by complaining to the European Ombudsman (Google Search) They quickly paid up.

I purchased something through their service. After checking and trying the product, I decided to request a refund. I got the answer to contact the seller, which I did. But they did't refund me. I contacted Explodely again and again. They closed my ticket...without refund! Looks like a Scam!

I purchased a digital course through Explodely on 7 April 2025, expecting quality content as advertised. What I received was extremely disappointing: incomplete lessons, vague AI-generated videos, and even duplicated steps in the course. I also paid extra for a “lifetime upgrades” upsell that delivered absolutely nothing.

After realising the product was unfit for use, I immediately cancelled the subscription and reached out for a refund. Despite Explodely advertising a 60-day money-back guarantee, their support team refused to take any action. Instead, they repeatedly forwarded my concerns to the seller, who had already been flagged for scam behaviour on social media. That flagged post was later deleted, a further red flag.

Explodely’s refusal to step in, take ownership, or protect buyers raises serious questions about their role. They act as the Merchant of Record but do not hold sellers accountable, effectively enabling deceptive practices on their platform.

I’ve now had to file a chargeback through my bank. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting Explodely; they appear to support their sellers no matter how questionable the product or tactics involved.

Update:
Following continued follow-up and a formal chargeback request, Explodely has now issued a full refund. While I’m relieved the issue was resolved, it only happened after significant effort and pressure - a smoother, more buyer-friendly process would’ve been expected from a platform acting as Merchant of Record.

Can someone with knowledge please show or tell me how I can find the owner of this scam site preferably the address of there headquarters and hopefully the owners home address
