Extremely disappointed with our experience with Expo Print. We paid approximately $700 for a custom tent and have had an issue with it that we have repeatedly tried to get resolved.

We have contacted the company multiple times asking them to address the problem, and our requests have either been ignored or left without a resolution. For a product at this price point, I expected both better quality and significantly better customer service.

We were not asking for anything unreasonable—we simply wanted the issue with the tent we purchased to be corrected. Instead, we are now left with a $700 tent that is not right and a company that has been unwilling to stand behind its product.

Based on our experience, I would be very hesitant to purchase from Expo Print again. I strongly recommend that anyone considering a large purchase understand how difficult it may be to get assistance if there is a problem after the sale.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from ExpoPrint.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company and recently realized I had ordered the wrong aluminum side rails for my display. I immediately acknowledged that the mistake was mine. I was **not** asking ExpoPrint to refund the custom-printed sidewalls or anything they could not reasonably resell. I simply asked for a fair credit for the standard aluminum rail hardware that I no longer need.

ExpoPrint confirmed that the sidewall package, including the aluminum rails, cost me $490, but instead of trying to work with a repeat customer on a reasonable solution, my request was essentially dismissed under their return policy.

What bothers me most is not that I made an ordering mistake—it’s how little effort was made to find a reasonable resolution. I even asked that the matter be reviewed by a manager.

Policies are one thing, but customer service is about how a company handles situations when something goes wrong. For a repeat customer who has spent thousands of dollars, I expected much better.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend ExpoPrint and will be looking elsewhere for my future printing and trade show display needs.

Avoid this company. I ordered a custom 10x10 canopy tent and it was one of the worst vendor experiences I've had. Their design department rejected my artwork over and over — the exact same artwork another vendor accepted without a single issue. No real explanation, just repeated rejections that went nowhere. Production never started.

To make it worse, they then tried to pitch me on paying an additional fee for their design team to create artwork for me — after already rejecting artwork that was perfectly acceptable elsewhere. Felt like a upsell dressed up as a solution.

When I tried to get answers, I called multiple times asking to speak directly with someone on the design team. Every single time, their phone operator refused to connect me. That's not a communication gap — that's a company actively blocking customers from getting answers about their own orders.

I ultimately had to demand a full refund since zero work was ever completed on my order. If you value your time, your money, or basic customer service, look elsewhere. This experience was a complete failure on every level.

Avoid ExpoPrint at all costs! They are completely unprofessional and incompetent.

We ordered a custom printed graphic backwall for our major corporate booth at exhibition. What they delivered was an absolute disaster—they printed a completely wrong, random graphic fabric that didn’t match our approved design artwork at all.

To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I tried calling and emailing them multiple times as a critical emergency since our exhibition was this weekend, but they completely ghosted us and ignored all communications.

Because of their careless mistake and lack of response, we had to spend thousands of dollars out of our own pocket to find a local alternative at the last minute.

I am currently demanding a full refund, but they are stalling the process. If you are a business looking for reliable printing for an event, DO NOT trust this company. They will ruin your event and run away with your money. Utterly disappointed.

Datele de livrare nu au fost verificate, ci completate „din presupuneri”, ceea ce a dus la o livrare greșită. Orice profesionist responsabil ar fi cerut confirmare înainte de expediere.

Mai grav este că, ulterior, s-a simțit un dezinteres evident de a rezolva situația — zero implicare, zero asumare, doar transfer de vină către client.

Servicii tratate superficial. Nu recomand.
