Great to work with. They make the process easy, are very reasonable as far as fees and terms, and analyze advances based on risk profile. Was a great solution for me bouncing back from a major credit event and they had no issues with me being an independent broker.

Phil Guertin is honest and very straightforward. He does what he says and what he promises. I could not ask for a better relationship with a service provider. He is fair and open minded and follows through every time. If you need cash in a hurry, call Phil. He will deliver.
