I ordered stickers on the 1st of…
I ordered stickers on the 1st of October. on the 6th I got a notification that my stickers delivered. When I went to check, there was nothing in my mailbox. I notified expressionmed, but they told me their policy is to wait two more days (2nd day is saturday) and then message them for another product order. Meanwhile, I am scrambling to find something that will keep my son's pump sites on. Thankfully I found other company that shipped to me regularly for cheaper AND it got here within 3 days. And Im still waiting on my original order. It's now the 10th.

Order lost
I did not receive my items that were supposed to arrive on 6/3/22.
The tracking shows that it was shipped and arrived at usps. Nothing else after being received.
I do understand that the usps can lose things but the response I received from expressionmed was that if I don't receive by 6/10 (!!!???) I should let them know.
It's clearly lost and I believe a replacement should be handled much sooner as it's clear that nothing happened once it arrived at the post office.
I love the ones I got for the dexcom and I'm new to this. So it's not a nice welcome from expressionmed.
I'm just really let down.
