AVOID! Used many different meet and greets at airports before and this was by far the worst. We were told to phone 30 mins before arrival, which we did and then had to wait a further 40 mins for the driver to arrive. He just asked for the keys and left, seemed very unprofessional. On arrival back in the uk we then had to wait over an hour for the driver to arrive, we were told it would be 30 mins. The car arrived absolutely filthy as if someone had been off roading in it. In addition there were over 70 miles used on the car so no idea where it was parked. Would never use again.

The worst meet and greet car parking company we have ever used, at ANY airport. Waited an hour and a half for the driver to collect our car on arrival at the airport leaving us short of time to make it through security in time for our flight. We rang early in our way home (we rang before collecting our luggage instead of after because of how unreliable they had been) and waited nearly 3 hours in the cold for our car to be returned to us. Even the valet parking companies in the airport (purple parking and blue circle parking) warned us when we were waiting to collect the car not to use this company and that they have an awful service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. To top off the driver demanded a £20 tip extra for delivering the car after 3 HOURS of waiting in the cold for the car

Sadly not a great experience. Following phone call warning them of our arrival at T5, had to wait over an hour for a driver. Nearly missed our flight. On our return delayed due to various factors out with our control. Rang the number following bag pick up as instructed, no answer, left a message, no reply. Constant ringing eventually picked up and told Office closed. Why take out flight details and do nothing with them? Charged an extra £20 and had to wait another 45 minutes for car. Avoid.

Car came back covered with dust which I can live with but there was a rectangular imprint on the rear bumper, when I wiped it off there were scratches on the bumper, There is no proper procedure to complain and they ignore emails.

Firstly if we could give zero stars we would, the service is absolutely shocking and no one gives a **** when you complain.

Our car came back to us (to Heathrow after an hour of us calling) and it was in a disgusting state, looked like they'd parked it in a cattle field, mud splats all over it.

The delivery driver would not listen when we asked "what the hell have you been doing with our car"....he just said you need to speak with the boss and literally ran off as soon as he gave us the key back!!

Avoid at all costs and go for a proper company unless you do not care about your vehicle.

Parked at Heathrow T5 - It’s just a bunch of guys with a bad attitude. Our car came back looking like they had been off roading in it - muck all over the front and all I got from the delivery driver was ‘complain to the boss’.

Never again. I advise you do the same as us in the future - find a professional parking company instead!!

Arrived back to Heathrow at 10pm and after calling had to wait over 1 hour for our car. We had no call to let us know of a delay and had to chase. We had no apology or reasonable explanation. We chose them due to higher review scores, but recommend no-one to use them.

personale gentile ed educato, il servizio navetta è preciso ed impeccabile (non ho mai dovuto aspettare la navetta più di 5 minuti). Ho lasciato più volte l'auto presso questo parcheggio e lo consiglio!

Cordialità, professionalità, comodo per chi vola da Linate aeroporto. Prezzi allineati con altri parcheggi pari servizio.

Pessimo il servizio clienti! Avevamo prenotato online il parcheggio a inizio mese ma nello stesso giorno abbiamo dovuto cancellare la prenotazione. L’uomo che aveva risposto aveva detto che era tutto apposto, che la prenotazione era stata cancellata e che avremmo ricevuto il rimborso in un paio di giorni. A distanza di due settimane richiamiamo perché i soldi non sono stati ancora rimborsati e la risposta di un’altra donna altrettanto “simpatica” ,per non dire altro, è stata che abbiamo sbagliato noi perché non abbiamo seguito le indicazioni sul rimborso, indicazioni che però se cerchi non stanno scritte da NESSUNA PARTE. E se un dipendente ti dice “è tutto apposto, la prenotazione è stata cancellata” forse non aspetti altro che ricevere il rimborso senza sognare che bisogna scrivere un’email spiegando il problema entro la data per la quale avevi prenotato il parcheggio. Proprio pessimo!

Ho prenotato il parcheggio scoperto a Linate per 20 giorni. Il prezzo è onesto ed il personale col quale ho parlato più volte al telefono è stato molto cordiale. Ho usufruito del car valet ed è stato comodissimo. Al mio arrivo un aereoporto mi stavano aspettando fuori dalle partenze, ho cosegnato l'auto al loro addetto (persona molto cortese), che mi ha rilasciato una ricevuta ed al mio ritorno, previa mia telefonata ho trovato l'auto direttamente fuori dall'aereoporto che mi stava aspettando. Ho pagato all'addetto e sono partita senza perdere tempo. Servizio consigliatissimo.

Mi sono trovata bene. Efficienti, navette pulite puntuali e più di una...gentili! Lo consiglio!

Ho lasciato la mia macchina al loro parcheggio ho trovato cordialità e servizio rapido con la navetta che mi ha portato subito in aeroporto.
Al ritorno lo ho chiamati per farmi venire a prendere e sono arrivati in due minuti
La macchina era perfetta e prezzo ottimo

Parcheggio comodissimo a3 minuti dall’aeroporto di Linate. Servizio di check in e trasporto in aeroporto molto rapido, così come la ripresa al ritorno. La navetta era già in aeroporto ad aspettarci. Consigliatissimo

ho lasciato l'auto per 12 gg e quando sono tornata il cavetto iphone era rotto. non mi interessa se non rispondono degli oggetti lasciati in auto, con che coraggio utilizzano un oggetto ti qualcuno che gli affida l'auto e per giunta glielo rompono???? NON ESISTE! la maleducazione e l'arroganza del tipo alla reception poi è stata inaudita! secondo lui è stato un membro della mia famiglia a romperlo, peccato che viva sola e in 2 anni di covid non ho dato passaggi a NESSUNO! ma poi saprò qual è lo stato del cavetto che uso quasi tutti i gg x il navigatore e per la musica! cosa ci vuole a essere educati e cortesi? MAI PIU'. non andateci o fate attenzione agli oggetti! maleducati!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Economico, puntuale, preciso. Ti mandano un messaggio con la posizione dove lasciare l'auto nell'aeroporto di Fiumicino, paghi con carta di credito parte della tariffa per la prenotazione, il resto contestualmente e al ritorno sono nello stesso punto con la tua macchina. Un servizio che funziona benissimo e supereconomico

Grazie ad ExpressParking abbiamo risolto anche il problema dovuto a questo periodo di coronavirus. A causa della chiusura dell' aeroporto di LInate, dove era custodita la nostra auto, il nostro volo di rientro atterrava alla Malpensa. D' accordo con ExpressParking, la nostra auto è stata trasferita da Linate alla sede socia di Malpensa. Il tutto ad un onestissimo contributo per il trasporto. SiIcuramente, grazie alla positiva esperienza, in futuro, quando ci sarà l' occasione, usufruiremo ancora dei loro servizi.

Ho usufruito del parking in pieno periodo convid-19. Costretto a ritirare la macchina con due giorni di ritardo ho pagato un sovrapprezzo assolutamente onesto ed in linea con l'offerta alla quale avevo aderito. Il personale è molto gentile, puntuale e disponibile. Buona la reperibilità e comunicazione. La rimessa è molto pulita, ordinata, ad una manciata di km dall'aeroporto. Raramente scrivo recensioni; nello specifico ritengo opportuno segnalare la professionalità.
