After suffering with severe internal haemorrhoids for decades I’m pleased to report that after 3 sessions it has worked and they’re gone!

No more carrying around a bag with wet wipes, gloves and ointment to push them back in after every bowel movement.

No more extreme pain and having to take strong painkillers after every bowel movement.

I must say the treatment is far from painless (that’s why I only gave 4/5 stars), in fact it is extremely uncomfortable and you will likely need more than one treatment. After my first treatment with the the fantastic Cinzia I thought it hadn’t worked, they were still prolapsing and then second still there but after 3rd treatment with the also fantastic Gianluca and you give it time over about 6 weeks it reduced till it disappears. I know they say results in 7 days but for me it was much much longer. My third and final treatment was in November so wanted to confirm they were gone and I was pain free before giving my report.

I still suffer with very bad constipation but even with that no haemorrhoids.

Been suffering with hemeroids for quite a few years, then made the appointment to see a specialist at Taunton clinic. Felt like I was at a circus, they never gave me any surgical pants, he was very rough with me, and made the whole experience quite painful. I then made a complaint to the founder, who apologies and booked me in for an appointment at Winchester. The specialist at Winchester was worth every penny, very kind, caring and considerate. Never had a follow up call nor a phone call after 4 weeks to discuss more treatment.

Excellent treatment, really friendly staff , I had 2 grade 2 piles really painful . 6 weeks later feeling much better, would go back if I had any more problems 6ty

I came to Exroid originally with 3 x grade 3 haemorrhoids which were very painful. I was anxious about my first appointment, but all the staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My follow up appointments were equally comfortable. The treatment itself was painless and my symptoms improved immediately after the appointment. Happy to report that after 3 total appointments, that I am now symptom free! :) Happy to return to Exroid in future if I get any future issues. Overall, extremely satisfied!

Two sessions, one with male, one with female, surgeon. Both excellent, both good communicators, both charming to meet. Treatment was uncomfortable but not quite painful. Symptoms have almost completely disappeared. I would recommend without hesitation to fellow sufferers.

Had my treatment in Glasgow last October. The consultant, Susanna Fernando Diaz was excellent. She carefully explained everything clearly and was very compassionate and informative. The procedure was uncomfortable but not painful. Had three haemorrhoids treated successfully. Would not hesitate to recommend eXroid. Thank you Graham and team.

I have had two treatment, I am still waiting to see an improvement before having another just a slight improvement. It is very expensive.

How I wish I had checked out the reviews for this treatment independently of the website first. I have suffered with haemorrhoids for 15 years, and was so hopeful when I found this treatment claiming that in most cases you only need one treatment. It's a huge expense to someone like me however the success stories on the website convinced me it was worth it. At my first treatment I was told I had two internal grade 3 haemorrhoids. The treatment proved very challenging for me, I passed out whilst simultaneously vomiting. I persevered with it nonetheless. Initially the treatment appeared to have worked, however the symptoms returned within a few weeks and I felt that I was back to square one. I had another treatment, again finding it very challenging with another fainting episode. At this point I was told that my haemorrhoids had gone from a grade 3 to a grade 1 and that this treatment would rid them completely. That was not the case. The symptoms persisted at which point I phoned them and received a call back from who I assume was the CEO / founder. I was asked personal invasive questions such as where I worked, what my pay was and told 'well you can afford it then'. He was a clever salesman, telling me he had also had treatment and it took 4 sessions for him, and that he'd offer me 10% off the price. He also said that it's likely that the original haemorrhoids were in fact gone and the blood supply had move to create new ones. Why is this information not provided upfront? Stupidly I booked another procedure. Here I am almost 4 weeks post treatment (I was told at that procedure I had developed new haemorrhoids at grade 2 but the original one's were gone) and I am still in exactly the same position as when I started. I feel completely scammed and misled and in utter despair at the situation I now find myself in.

I strongly advise against supporting this treatment. It turned out to be a regrettable decision for me, as it did not produce the desired results. Furthermore, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and concerns, there was absolutely no follow-up or aftercare provided. I urge to call you GP and go for free Band Surgery. Alternatively, consider exploring healing natural oils available online, which cost approximately £30 and have proven effective. Take the time to read through various reviews, and you'll find that many individuals share similar experiences of ineffectiveness. It seems that the company is more focused on taking your money than genuinely caring about customer satisfaction.

It is crucial not to submit a review immediately after the treatment. I suggest waiting for at least 2 to 3 months to allow for a more accurate assessment. Be cautious not to be pressured into leaving a review by follow-up calls. It appears that the company prioritizes financial transactions over genuine concern for customer satisfaction

No, I haven't developed new hemorrhoids or experienced any additional symptoms. The issue persists in the same location, occurring precisely three months after the initial treatment, mirroring my pre-treatment condition. How can you be so certain that these are new symptoms without a proper diagnosis? Please refrain from making false statements when alternative explanations are not apparent. It is evident that the treatment has proven ineffective, representing a significant financial investment. I borrowed money for this treatment, and since it hasn't yielded positive results, I am requesting a refund.

Had my treatment mid November 2023 and the results have been positive! The team I initially dealt with for booking were professional and informative. The Dr was reassuring and knowledgeable. The treatment was swift and only slightly uncomfortable, minor level, in comparison to how painful and annoying haemorrhoids can be, it was worth it! I highly recommend to anyone suffering from this particular medical annoyance who can’t get the help they need via the lengthy NHS route. Only one course required for me as I combined the treatment with nutritional and exercise improvements so this certainly helped with expediting the healing process. Thank you Graham and team!

I attended the Birmingham clinic 30th November 2023 and was met by my fabulous consultant. I had made it clear that I was extremely nervous but he immediately put me at ease.After a consultation and examination I was treated for a large grade 3 -the treatment was slightly uncomfortable but not painful.A chaperone was present and we all chatted during the procedure. I would definitely recommend this treatment!!!

I was really struggling with this problem when I read about how good this treatment had been for a lady who was suffering terribly. I contacted them and got an appointment, I was scared and dubious but I couldn’t be happier.
Very quickly I saw a big improvement but due to how bad mine were, I needed two treatments. I would 100% say go for it and get your life back.

The consultation and treatment was very professional and great care was taken to explain everything and make it as comfortable as possible. All my symptoms have gone so very satisfied. Fully recommend.

This is not without discomfort and it took three sessions during the appointment of eight minutes each lying on my side. Not a pleasant experience but expected but worse than they claim. But the really issue is the results are extremely poor with no noticeable difference in the size of the haemorrhoids, I would have expected some improvement. They say it takes up to four weeks from the procedure in Oct’23, but this is nonsense, not sure how they make the claims they say as it simply didn’t work!
There was a follow up call and a older guy who said he was the owner left a message, I called back, but he wasn’t available and never returned my call, I would have given him the opportunity before writing this review, but left extremely disappointed.

After having issues with piles for well over 3 years, I finally decided to get private treatment done after the NHS proved to be useless. eXroid was the first private medical centre I found and I immediately made an appointment with them. I was incredibly nervous, but the doctor made me feel comfortable and went through great lengths to explain everything to me, including some after care things I could do to help keep the piles at bay for the long term.

The electro therapy was a tad painful for me, but I am terrible when it comes to dealing with pain and I was still able to get through it.

It's been a few weeks now and my piles are completely gone. I could not recommend these guys more. I am not a fan of any type of invasive treatment on the body, and this is nowhere near that and it was still a massive success! 5/5

The whole process from start to finish was very professional and went very smoothly. I was diagnosed with 3 grade 3 haemorrhoids but after just 1 treatment I noticed an immediate improvement and, 5 weeks later, I am now symptom free.

I went to exroid with 2x grade 3 and 1x grade 2 piles. After one treatment I saw immediate results and when I went back for a follow up they had reduce to 1x grade 2 and 2x grade 1. I decided to have second treatment even though I was pretty much symptomless at that point and I now have no trace of piles at as far as I’m aware. Managed to get in to see them within a week of booking and the treatment, although uncomfortable and maybe a little painfull due to the grade of pile I had, was more than tolerable.
