Extractor Fan World レビュー

great quiet black kitchen extractor fan, perfect for my refurbished kitchen

Helpful easy to navigate. Quick delivery

Excellent service, highly recommended. My extractor fan wasn’t working properly after a while and the returns process was simple with excellent communication from Luke.

Super value and very fast delivery

A little embarrassing. I bought an inline fan from here, wired it up and it didn't work. I was really irritated, because I'd been in my loft all day ripping stuff out etc, and needed to get the new insulation in but couldn't until the fan was installed

Complained to ExtractorFanWorld, and was further annoyed at the prospect of having to send the fan back in, etc..

Anyway, turns out I'm an idiot that doesn't read instructions properly.

Once I'd wired it up correctly, it was good to go.

ExtractorFanWorld's customer service was quick and responsive, and I will definitely shop here again.

On that note, by the way - their fans are literally half the price of elsewhere. The same fan on Screwfix is over 40 quid more. That was why I was initially annoyed, because I thought maybe they sell seconds, and that's why my fan's dead. But no, fully working, just ridiculously cheap.

There's no reason to get a fan from anywhere else, because you're talking about 50% savings.

Pretty sure it was next day delivery, too

Brilliant.

Fabulous company, posted item very quickly and well packaged, thank you.

The website was really easy to navigate, and I quickly found all the parts I needed. They were by far the cheapest place online for the Manrose MF100T, and delivery was prompt — arriving within the timeframe stated on the website.

I ordered two of these extractor fans, but unfortunately, one arrived damaged. I contacted the team through the “My Orders” page, and Luke got back to me promptly via email. He was fantastic — offering either a full replacement (which would take a few days) or a spare part that could be sent out the very next day. I chose the spare part option, and as promised, it arrived the following day.

Luke even sent pictures and simple instructions on how to replace the part — which turned out to be just one screw!

A great example of how online shopping should be done: easy ordering, fast delivery, and excellent customer service that actually solves problems when they arise. Well done, EFW team!

Great service from Extractor fan world. Kept informed along the way. They answered a few technical questions for me. Product itself from Envirovent is top notch - super quiet and very powerful. Highly recommend Extractor Fan World.

I have installed this and it is working great (core drilling a 4 inch hole through 1.5 foot of Edwardian engineering bricks was not fun!)

The ordering was easy and the customer services were very helpful in returning a faulty extractor fan and getting a refund.

Quick delivery. Good products and value for money.

Super quick reliable delivery, great price, recommended.

from start to finish the knowledge , advice , help product information I received was excellent and always friendly , including enquiry response time and delivery

Bought the Tornado ST100T, as a replacement had a problem with the installation, the hole in the glass was too small, Luke was super helpful .

I managed to solve the problem and installed the fan, which is great and very efficient this one has the timer overrun.

Would certainly buy again

Item in stock, quick delivery and excellent price!

Super quick delivery and fantastic customer service. A big shout out to the two "Matts" who sorted out my faulty product with a minimum of fuss. A really pleasant eshopping experience

The Tornado ST100DMEVHT is a brilliant extractor fan—quiet, powerful, and fantastic at reducing humidity. It kicks in automatically and keeps our bathroom fresh without the noise. Extractor Fan World’s customer service was top-notch: when the first delivery was missing a part, they arranged a replacement quickly and were incredibly helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

They had everything I needed and where very helpful

Fully trusted friendly company
Would definately use again without any doubt
