I had a really good experience ordering from Eyecandys.com. The lenses I ordered were super comfy and looked really pretty on. They were subtle but still made my eyes pop in a very nice way. Shipping was quick and totally reasonable. I’d definitely order again and try more styles out, overall a positive experience with them!

Placed an order on February 5th for 2 pairs of colored lenses (one toric, one normal). When they arrived, one of the toric lenses had a tear/hole and I notified the company immediately (Feb 18) and was told they were shipping a replacement immediately. Inquired 2 weeks after as tracking showed they still had not shipped yet. We'll now its been almost 2 months and still no replacement, tracking no longer exists, and customer service no longer responds after requesting a refund. While I was hopeful I found a place finally for beautiful colored toric lenses, sadly after this experience, I will no longer use nor recommend this company.

After ordering, the communication was good and simple when it came to my inquiries. For a bit, I did not know when my item would arrive, but the tracking and shipping soon told me. When I reached out, I also received a quick response and useful advice. The lenses themselves are comfortable and easy to use.

I had a really positive experience with Eyecandy Lenses. There was an issue with my order because the system accidentally saved the wrong address and information, which could have been very stressful. However, their customer care team handled it amazingly well. They were kind, responsive, and quick to fix the problem without any hassle.

I have tried the black circled lenses previously. The design itself is pretty , it does make your eyes look bigger and doll like without too dramatic looking. However , after a while wear it did dry my eyes out a bit. Maybe not the best for dry / sensitive eyes. Overall is good.

I use to wear colored contacts in high school (100 years ago) and was so excited when a co worker told me that she purchased from eye candy’s website WITH her prescription. I was a little skeptical if my prescription would be available due to my astigmatism but they had it! I received them within a couple weeks and I am having so much fun wearing them.

We had an amazing experience at Eye Candy! From the moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy.
After the sale, when we had and questions or concerns they called back right away and addressed our concerns.

Really enjoy my new lenses. The colour very natural, nobody notices that these are not my own colour. Also the bigger diameter has an enlarging effect on my eyes which I love! I can wear these lenses daily as they feel comfortable on my eyes and don’t irritate. So I would definitely buy my lenses again at this online shop!

Great comfortable contact lens in market that’s hard to find toric colored lenses. It only 1-2 weeks for the contacts to be made and shipped out and less than 2 weeks for delivery. They’re faster than 1-800 contacts for my toric lenses. I’d definitely recommend them again will be repurchasing.

EyeCandys claimed that they shipped my order, but tracking shows it never left their warehouse. Customer support is nonexistent outside of autoresponders.

Okay, so here’s the deal on these bad boys. After a long late night search for natural looking colored contacts, I finally landed on the Cashmere Satin Olive pair and I’m obsessed. This is honestly one of the best sets I own now.
The color looks natural, soft, and eye catching without being too much. It gives your eyes that little “wow” moment where people look twice but can’t quite tell what changed. That’s exactly what I was hunting for.
Ordering from Eyecandys was easy, and the lenses looked just like the photos. I’m 100% happy I hit that order button. These were worth the search, and I’m already planning to try more colors.
If you want natural color lenses that get attention in a good way, I’d recommend these. You really do become the next eyecandy in the room.

The process was easy to order and confirm my prescription! The lenses are gorgeous and comfortable, too! The customer service is fantastic - I HIGHLY recommend! Koreans know their contact lenses!

I love this company. I’ve been ordering my contacts from them for at least 10 years, and I discovered them through a YouTuber. I’ve continued going back ever since because they never disappoint. My orders are always accurate, the quality is consistently great, and the overall experience has always been reliable and easy.

I have been using eyecandys for years to order contacts. I have never had any issues and the lenses have always been good quality and comfortable. I have always recommended this site to my friends for ordering coloured lenses.

I ordered online OCT 4. After a week of waiting for a shipment notice I emailed only to be told they had been on a holiday and the warehouse still had to manufacter them. When I pressed to an exact shipment date they gave generic responses like thank you for your patience we are working hard to get out your order. Well #1 I need an exact date because im leaving for vacation so it's great that your "working" on it even though your actually closed due to holiday. #2 that should have been disclosed before check out before I even order the contacts that your order will be seriously delayed due to this holiday. I asked for a refund for two days. Finally someone stated ok I have refunded you. But never came back to my bank account. I waited two days still no pending refund. Finally disputed with my bank and sure as shit two hours later I received an official refund receipt from the company and refund was pending into my account.

I would never had ordered if I was given the information about the shipping delay. I knew the order was going to take a few weeks to actually get to me after being shipped so it's already a long wait when you add a warehouse holiday and manufacturing delays and then refusing a refund it all equaled shady business. I won't be ordering again.

My order came within a week and a half, beautiful contacts I love them! I did have a small tear on one lens when I received them, but eyecandy took care of it!! Will be ordering again.

The products I receive from eyecandys are always very well packaged and I am happy with the quality of the products. The checkout process is pretty straightforward as well and I like their partnership shop pay for tracking purposes.

The shipping is fast and the quality of the contacts are soo good!
