I had a great experience with EyeQue

I had a great experience with EyeQue. Their customer support was incredibly helpful throughout the eye exam process and made everything easy to understand. Even better, my new glasses prescription turned out perfect. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a convenient and accurate way to check your vision at home!

Verai EyeQue isn’t ideal for international clients

Verai EyeQue isn’t ideal for international customers like me. You don’t get the same services, there’s no option to have the try-on glasses shipped to you, to check if your eye measurements are accurate, and you’re left on your own with the risk of buying a product without control over the results. If the measurements are wrong, it could impact your health. I asked for reimbursement, I was told I won’t get all money back and still waiting for their confirmation. If you’re an international client, don’t waste your time and money.

funciona bien

funciona bien. medida miopia y astigmatismo en grado bastante alto 6 dioptrias en un ojo y 4 en el otro y 1.5 de astigmatismo y ha devuelto correctamente los valores. es necesario adaptarse al aparato y enfocar la vista con los dos ojos en la imagen de fondo para que los valores sean correctos. probado con el visioncheck 2. de lujo.
La medida pupilar con las gafas perfecto tambien.
La seccion de la medida de presbicia en la app no se abre, al entrar en esa seccion la app se cierra y no deja medirse la presbicia.

The test glasses I received are literally unwearable. They warp my vision, as if the curve of the lens is wrong.

Great product if you can get it to work and can find it on their websites.

My first "electric" tester worked for 3 seconds. The replacement was doa. I ended up using the manual one which was difficult to use but did a great job of revealing my optometrist's big mistake and enabled me to get agreat pair of glasses. My biggest complaint I have is with their websites. It took me nearly half an hour to find what I wanted because it kept showing me "blips" of their products rather than everything at once.

In my experience the product works well…for basic prescriptions

In my experience the product works well for single lens prescriptions - I had no problem with my test glasses. But when I used the results to order my progressive lenses unfortunately I did not have good results. I think it's a great idea and was really hoping it would work for me. If you have a basic prescription I would definitely recommend you give it a try.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. You are right that our refractive devices measure the correction needed for single (distance) vision only. The app will provide a near-vision ADD estimate for reading distance based on the inputted age, however, this value is not physically measured, so we cannot guarantee it is a fit-all solution (ie it may work for some, while others it may be too weak or too strong). If you have an iPhone we suggest you try our My Reader App found in the app store. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our support team.

Overcharged for product

Overcharged for product. Company did not respond to request to correct improper billing (waited over 2 weeks for any kind of response). My credit card is now handling the disputed charge.

Update 11/22/23. EyeQue reached out to me. The billing issue was technical in nature and was related to their recent integration with Linneo vision benefits which I was using. I bumped up my rating to 4 stars deducting 1 star because of the missing email. There was probably a problem with the web form on EyeQue's website used for submitting my request to them. This could have been avoided by telling users on that form that they will receive an acknowledgement email after submission (I'm not sure if they currently send an acknowledgement email). In my case this would have avoided my feeling of being ignored and resorting to contacting my credit card company.

You put me in charge of my health

You put me in charge of my health. My optometrists don't accept my insurance and they frown when I ask for my prescription; it takes another request (frown) to get pd. And they want me to pay 10x for their "designer" glasses. Thank you EyeQue for better vision.

Almost there

I was surprised by how well I could see with my right eye (the left one was easy). However, I think my astigmatism is not right, because I see two pictures, which makes it impossible to use your glasses to neither see far nor near. I would appreciate any help on how to fix it because I believe this is fixable.

My EyeQue Experience

If I was describing the EyeQue customer service to that of other businesses I would have to say EyeQue is absolutely exceptional. But that would not be going far enough. It is been my experience in working with Nerissa that bringing better site your clients is a calling, not just a job.

As a homebound senior citizen in declining health I didn’t think I would be able to read the printed word again, or clearly see the faces of my loved ones. EyeQue and Nerissa changed that for which I am forever grateful.

Customer service was excellent Nerrissa…

Customer service was excellent Nerrissa was always very helpful. As far as the lab goes I still don't have my glasses. No email with tracking number or anything, glasses went to lab Aug 12, as I write this on Aug 23 still no glasses.
