Amazing service - above & beyond. Would 100% recommend.

It is a fantastic experience and I do appreciate your service and I appreciate your efforts.
I do recommend you for every one I know.

Excellent company to deal with ! Debbie at T&G was fantastic, very efficient, responsive and fulfilled my urgent request to my full satisfaction. I can highly recommend T&G Opticians.

Really happy with my new Ray-Ban glasses!! Excellent service and a good price for frames with Zeiss lenses (compared to my high-street optician). Very helpful and friendly service from Sara via email.

I would definitely buy from this site again and will recommend to others.

Cannot recommend Toni & Guy Opticians highly enough. I've been a customer for over 7 years now and have found their service, product offering and turn around time excellent.

Quick responses, super fast processing and delivery. I asked for something that wasn’t available on the website and they arranged it without a problem. Great service.

Lots of choice, great range of prices, easy to order prescription lenses and excellent customer service ...... friendly & ready to help

Excellent service-I would definitely recommend!

I ordered some replacement lenses and new glasses with no issues at all - great price, good choice of glasses available and really easy to navigate site.

👍👍👍👍

Couldn't be happier. Exceptional service. There aren't many retailers that respond to messages so quickly. Often in less than an hour. Sara was fantastic on messenger. Would definitely recommend (in fact, I already have).
Thrilled with both my frames and lenses.

Fantastic service. Took a little while to get through on the phone but once connected my issue was resolved instantly. Brilliant.

Highly recommend Really pleased with the quality of the glasses and the service. Have tried other online retailers but had bad experiences the team at Toni and Guy opticians have restored my faith. Nothing was too much trouble. I won’t go anywhere else!

Excellent service and excellent prices. My favorite supplier of prescription glasses and sunglasses.

Excellent service. Have used Toni & Guy Opticians a few times now, both for new frames and reglazing of existing frames. Would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent service. Would most definately recommend.

We normally use Toni and Guy in Bolton to get my wife and mine lenses reglazed.
The service we receive is truly impeccable from Debbie.
She is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process.
Debbie goes out of her way for us, makes us feel welcome over the phone and we feel even though we live in Yorkshire we will continue to use their Opticians.
I think the service they give is very rare nowadays and that gives us even more of a peace of mind.

This is my second visit to Toni and Guy opticians, this time I purchased a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and I can honestly say that I am over the moon with every aspect of my experience. Sara gives wonderful, friendly and helpful service and is extremely knowledgeable which helped in my selection. I was given a clear indication as to how long the sunglasses would take to arrive, they actually came earlier than i was expecting and i was informed straight away on arrival. The sunglasses were perfect and i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this opticians. I will be going back again when i need new glasses as they are so friendly and have an excellent selection to choose from. Thank you again from a very happy customer.

Hi all
Well!!..... What can I say?! Yet again absolutely brilliant service from Toni and guy!! Sara, you are absolutely fantastic!!! I have never been treated so we'll by an internet firm! Come to think of it, by any retail firm! Here, you are treated like a family member as opposed to a customer! Due to this fact I have recommended Toni and guy to friends and family, who also use them and are shocked by the customer service, prices, selection and delivery.

Recently, I broke one of my pairs I brought from these guys. I contacted Sara and asked her the price to repair. Without hesitation she had me send them back for repair foc! Within days they were back to me!! As always, when I asked her how I can contact the directors to personally thank them and appraise Sara she felt there was no need. Goes to show what great people they are doesn't it!

Anyone thinking of using this firm.... You would be crazy not to!!! I know I shall be using them for a very long time to come!!!!

Over the moon!!

Sara again has sourced a pair of Gucci glasses not on the website. Nice fast delivery...

Well happy.

Toni & Guy Opticians are the best!

Excellent Customer Service. Sara kept me informed on the status of my order throughout and the frames were delivered when promised
