The item you returned and requested a refund for was refunded for the actual amount you paid for it as provided with screenshots.
When a discount code is applied to an order - it is divided between all products - if you then decide to return one product the amount you paid for that product is the amount you are refunded.
In relation to the refund delay which we have apologised for - this was due to a system error which has showed your refund had been issued previously - however when highlighted we then refunded you immediately as we were none the wiser.

Customer services non existent
My order wasnât trackable online, I emailed to find out what was happening and got no response. When the table I ordered did arrive it was damaged in several places which are very obvious (black table with wood colour showing through where the damage is). Again I emailed customer service and have had no reply whatsoever. Iâve now got a damaged table repacked and sitting in my house waiting to be returned, I suspect I will never hear from them again though. Think carefully before ordering!
