FORCED TO LEAVE ONE STAR WOULD NOT GIVE THEM THIS THE WORST ONLINE TRANSACTION I HAVE EVER MADE TOTAY USELESS WISH I HAD REVIEWED THERE FEEDBACK 1ST ORDERED NEARLY £100 OF ITEMS ORDER ARRIVED WITH 3 ITEMS MISSING NO EMAIL TO WARN ME NO NOTE IN BOX NO INVOICE COMPLAINED AND THEY SAID THEY HAD NONE IN STOCK AND ONE THE SAID THEY DID NOT KNOW WEATHER WOULD BE BACK IN STOCK THAT WAS IT NOTHING TO SAY WEATHER THEY WOULD RECTIFY THE SITUATION ON CHECKING ON THE NET IT WAS FOUND THEY HAD ALL ITEMS IN STOCK ON EBAY FOR SALE BUT CANT SUPPLY PAID FOR ORDERS THERE COLLEUGE THAT WAS HANDLING THE EMAILS TO BE HONEST WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND HAD TO DEMAND A REFUND OR I WOULD REJECT THE WHOLE ORDER VIA PAYPAL AND BUY ALL STOCK OF EBAY AND LEAVE APPROPIATE FEED BACK IF DID NOT ARRIVE SURPRISING THEN I WAS ASKED WHAT I WANTED I REPLYED CHECK PREVIOUS EMAILS YOU HAVE ALL THE INFORMATIONSO GOT MY REFUND AND PURCHASED CHEAPER FROM REPUTABLE ON LINE SELLER NOT COWBOYS

An item ordered was unfortunately discontinued by the manufacture so no longer available. We refunded you for the item. Your were very rude to us when all we have done is dealt with your order quickly and efficiently. You failed to say how we actually sent your order very quickly and how
You actually recieved your order in 24 hours from being dispatched. shipped Monday received Tuesday morning at 8.34am!!!

I recommend this wonderful store. Our bird had a problem, I wrote to this store by email and asked for their help, they answered me very quickly, gave me a recommendation. I bought the product S76, already in the second week of using S76 we have a very good result. The treatment helps. Thank you for your wonderful store and for your help ❀

Very helpful customer service

Paid for next day delivery, which is the only reason i was concerned when my order didn’t turn up after quite a few days. I contacted customer service and they sent out another of the same medication, (and refunded part of the postage), which then arrived promptly.

Fabfinches are a fantastic website.
The help and advice I received for my sick budgerigar was outstanding.
Gemma is a experienced bird keeper who will go out of her way to help you and your pet birds.
I strongly recommend this website as second to none. Amazing website Amazing person.

Packaging

Packaging not enough lost quite a bit in opening as bag of perle open at the top so fell out when open packaging
