Henal and Ashton made our first property investment experience a walk in the park. They helped simplify the process for us, negotiated on our behalf and got us a great deal. Fabrik are really the place to turn to, no matter the budget. They don’t push you into unnecessary high risk investments and they really listen to what you want to achieve with your investment and help you get there.

If you're considering investing in UK properties, I highly recommend Fabrik. Working with Mike and Ashton has been exceptionally smooth. From selecting the right property to the exchange of contracts, the entire process has been seamless. Highly recommended.

I had already heard good stories from real estate buyers in the Netherlands through a competing real estate group. Then, after reading other reviews from random real estate investors, I entered into a conversation with Fabrik Investment to discuss my options for the medium term. Michael then provided me with extensive information and sent examples of properties that I could buy in the future with my budget. When by chance an opportunity came along that I could immediately fund, he brought it to my attention. I was immediately enthusiastic and let him guide me through the purchasing process. Michael and Ashton supported me unconditionally day, night and on weekends and took away any concerns I had. They even arranged the insurance and property management fantastically. I confidently look forward to the next collaborations when purchasing my next properties in the UK and recommend everyone to engage Fabrik if you are considering hands-free buy to rent in this country!

This was my first purchase of real estate in the UK. I have to say the whole process with Fabrik Invest has been a very smooth experience. Both Hollie Esaw and Henal Popat have been great from advising me in what to purchase up until exchange of contracts. They are very knowledgable and professional but above all very nice people to engage with. Customer service at a high level! I have do doubts about using their services again in the future.

purchased off-plan in Liverpool, to help Matt produced a video of the local area, excellent for orientation..the project though delayed by external factors, completed in 2022 & has been rented, bringing in useful cash flow..a big thanks to Dale & Hollie for making the experience & outcome a successful one..will be in touch for a second unit when the economics allow..

I recently used Fabrik to invest in Berkeley Square in Manchester. This was my first investment, and as such i probably needed someone to hold my hand and be patient with me. After speaking with around 3 different people I chose Fabrik, and Matt in particular. So far the process has been easy and transparent. I would definitely recommend Matt for anyone new to investing as her will carefully layout all the options so you can make an informed decision, rather than just trying to push 1 product, which is what other agents attempted to do.

I have had a relationship and invested with Fabrik over the last six years and my experience with them has been second to none.
