Bought the R&R ones desperate for my quality sleep. I've only been taking them for 1 week. The first night I was falling asleep at 21:30 & slept solid til 09:00 the next morning. Ive only been taking them for a week but I've been in bed asleep by 23:00 - prior to this i could be up to 12, 1 or 2.

I’m 54, perimenopausal and currently on a weight loss journey so I’m very conscious of what I’m putting into my body. I’ve been taking Meno & Peri for 12 months consistently, as well as more recently R&R Relax, Glow and Gut Culture. Every product I’ve tried has been easy to take, I’ve noticed benefits (stronger nails, less bloated belly, improved sleep pattern) and customer service is consistently excellent, responsive and products delivered in 48 hours. Fabu has changed my life!! Their meno peri supplements have slashed my HRT to half the dose I was on! It’s actually quite incredible. Quite quickly too. Within a month. Cant live without them now! Thank you Fabu!!!

Not just super products that really make a difference but outstanding customers service also. I use Meno & Peri, Joint-Bone-Muscle and Brain Focus and my daughter with additional needs takes Relax. I find the products have really made a difference for us all and would not be without them. I made a mistake on my subscription & the issue was resolved instantly. Subscription service works like clockwork ensuring we never run out.

Unfortunately made no difference to my hair or nails! Very disappointed as most reviews were great

I started with peri-meno and joint/muscle supplements over a month ago. I noticed my mood had changed for the better that I wasn't as snappy. I still have hot flushes but not as regular. The joint and muscle I decide to take as they say with age you get a little weaker. Really working for me all positive 👍

Only a week on the period menopause ones and do really find.difference already ,more energy and less brain fog

I started taking it mainly for hair thinning, but for any supplements, it takes 3 months before you start seeing an improvement on your hair and I am only on the first month. But I can see already that my nails are stronger and my skin looks better, so really hope I will see an improvement

Highly recommend for men over 40

Ive been taking the peri meno for over a year now and think they are having a hugely positive impact on my mood, my health, my libido and my overall wellbeing.

I have just started the Glow and Peri and Menopause and omg I can’t believe the difference , I have always had such bad sweats but now they are basically gone with not even one month in thank you so so much I am a changed woman ❤️

I’m really happy with the glow supplements, I’m starting to get hair growth which is why I started taking them as I e very thin hair and I got a lovely complement about my skin yesterday which was really nice. 😃😃
