Awful quality and nothing like the picture!

What you see and what you get are two different things. Very tiny. Not what I expected. Not what I receive from other companies I did business with in the past. Their customer support basically said too bad.

Well when I got to the end of my order and checked out it kicked my card out and said it was unable to fulfill order. My bank called me and that was their doing they wanted to make sure that I was really using my card. So when I went back to get my order through it was excepted instantly.

What u see on the Shop Picture is NOT what u get! The biggest Dissapointment.

Please beware- picture of item depicted on their website is NOTHING like the actual product. Looks like a proper ornament on their website but is actually just a cheap print on a piece of acrylic... a total rip-off at USD20 each!! See photos attached.

I like the unique options that you have. I hope the pricing is reflected in the quality.

I ordered and paid for two different airplane decorations. I only received one of the decorations in the package.
I ordered a low wing aircraft with my name and received that one only. I also ordered a highwing Cessna in green with my name on it. I did not receive that airplane.
They should have come in the same package.

Couldn't order 2 different ornaments on the same page. Had to order one then the other and didn't get the discount.

Horrible, on the picture u see a nice 3D ornament … what you get is a small cut-out plastic cheap thing

Wasn’t able to apply the c15 for purchasing 3 ornaments in one order. I actually just purchased another ornament today and it would have been nice to have the c20 discount

Everything was very easy and fast to customize, looking forward to see products in person.

I had a hard time finding what I was looking for because I saw it on Facebook first then when I went to websight I couldn’t find what I was looking for.It would be helpful to have a search bad at to where you could put in what your looking for.Also I didn’t like having to pay for shipping.Also on Facebook websight the item was cheaper didn’t like that.

I ordered what looked like a 3D ornaments and what I recieved was 2 pieces of plastic stuck together. The ornaments are both missing a ski on snowmobile as well. I sent an email to find out what the resolution we be. According to other reviews it's not looking like it's going to be a reasonable result. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. My mistake for not fully investigating this company.

It was very easy to upload my picture! I do wish a customer was able to enlarge the picture a bit before placing the order. The face on the ornament is a little small. I'm hoping your artwork department knows this and will enlarge it a tad themselves, so it looks more accurate. If not, he'll still love it. I would just love it more if it was a little larger face.

This company is a piece of shit!!! Your products are not what the pictures show!!!! Completely ripped me off of what I thought was getting!!! SCAM! What a joke you guys are!!
