The items are not from crystal as they say…
They are a picture put on a plastic !!

I ordered a total of 10 PCs of products for Xmas presents . So excited about it. Shipment arrived and quite disappointed. They look so 3D in all the ad, but came in just a piece of acrylic printed with the pics . So whoever wants to purchase the products must beware.

I’m a little confused. I thought I was ordering an ornament but notification mentioned a key chain which I didn’t order. Help

It was the most unique gift ever and I immediately knew that one friend it was perfect for.

The product looks great, looking forward to seeing what they look like once I receive them. It would be good if the ordering process gave me some idea of delivery date, but I guess I'll have to wait and see.

I ordered a personalized ornament from Facamart. I had no problem personalizing it. I was able to review my personalization on the ornament and order it. Fast, easy and affordable. I can’t wait to receive it!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Facamart (order FAC(1)-137041).

The item received is a small, flat, printed acrylic piece that looks nothing like the heavily stylised, dimensional product shown in their advertising and on social media. While the description may state “2D”, the images clearly create the expectation of a larger, more substantial, premium item. The personalisation is also so small that it is virtually unreadable. The quality does not justify the $32.28 price tag.

After raising my concern, I was first offered a 10% refund, then a 30% refund, and advised to give the item to a friend or donate it to charity because it was “too costly to return.” This response completely disregarded the severity of the complaint and shows very poor customer service and lack of accountability for misleading representation.

I am not satisfied with the resolution and will be escalating the matter to Trading Standards. (and American equivalent)

I would not recommend purchasing from Facamart based on this experience.

C'est une arnaque totale car les photos sont prises de telle façon qu'on puisse croire que le produit est en 3D alors qu'il ne s'agit que d'une image coincée entre 2 plexi découpés à la forme de cette image !!!
A fuir car je ne vais même pas offrir ce cadeau tellement j'ai honte du résultat !

Attention le produit n est pas aussi bien que sur les photos.
C est juste une image mis entre 2 morceaux de plexiglas découpe au forme de.l objet

How about you stop ripping people off? What I received from you is a piece of plastic crap & looks nothing like the pic in your ad. I'm so pissed & will contact Trade commission, BBB, and other authorities to save others from getting ripped off. You are truly despicable!!
