They don't value customers that have paid back because when you reapply you just get declined it was good the first time but god willing you need help again they just decline it even when you have never missed payment

Requested copy of contract and final response of a complaint, they said you should get it in a couple of days. Called them back a week later, said a couple of days. Contacted them again a couple of weeks later still same reply. Contacted them again today, got same reply. Maybe they have a head office in another planet.

A very helpful company for emergencies.
This company has literally saved my cats life. I was struggling with emergency vet bills and other loan companies wouldn't entertain the emergency but fair finance did. I truly am grateful that they cared and were there for me when I needed funds. I know every application is taken individually but fair finance did exactly what there name says. They were fair. Thank you fair finance.

READ THE CONTRACT / ASK CHAT GPT TO READ IT
Admin fee is ridiculous given the interest rate on the loan agreement. This is the highest interest payday loan I’ve ever taken out, and it’s the only one with a £60 admin fee. Which is also non-refundable. Won’t be using again.

Our interest rates are set to cover our operational costs, and any profits are reinvested into the business to enhance our services.
