Friendly simple without any fuss
I was a bit confused at the time when I filled out the original paperwork but with the friendly staff it was all sorted and after that it all went to plan I would recommend this company to anyone

Really fast and reasonable interest
Really fast and reasonable interest. I applied for a small loan £400 applied within an hour and a half it was approved. My credit score is poor and there was a hard check done. Very pleased all legit finalised through the FCA was please overall.

bit of a let down
took out a £400 loan and always paid on time sometimes early. I got an email saying i can have a top up on the loan so i though great my mum just died and i could do with help towards funeral costs. applied for the loan stating for funeral costs. i have a decent credit score of around 620 so though i should get and they have been a great company so far. well i applied for the top up and they asked has anything changed i stated no everything is still the same etc. only to get rejected. well then why sent emails out or even attach it to your loan portal saying i can have a top up if i cant

We’re sorry you were disappointed after receiving an invitation for a top-up and then having your application declined. We understand how frustrating this must have felt, especially when you needed the funds for funeral costs.
While we do send top-up invitations to existing customers with good payment histories, every application still goes through a full credit and affordability assessment. Unfortunately, approval is never guaranteed.
