My journey with Fairling has just started. I must say that I am very impressed with their commitment and personal service so far. You get a feeling that it is important for their coworkers that you will succeed. I especially like that they have a kind of realistic plan for the sale to the shops.
I also like that they have a lot of written material that is very helpful.

I'm a new user of Fairling. Today I had my onboarding call with Susana. She, as well all the other customer support memebers I had a contact with, was very helpful. She was patient, very precise in her answers, I could feel her engagement and support. She gave me tips, guides and answered all my questions. She showed her involvment and care to make me prepared for best possible start on the platform. She is business and client oriented.

The platform of Fairling is easy in use and very clear. Also the personalized feedback of Antonia, during our call, with tips and tricks to optimize our page and advertisement was very helpful.

Our onboarding experience with Fairling was very pleasant and professional. Easily booked call, well structured, and concise, knowledgeable, positive feedback that will help us use the platform well.

Susana gave me a wonderful onboarding, explained how Fairling works, gave me advice on creating my ad and step by step we improved my ad and profile.

Very attentive and supportive customer service team who are happy to guide you through the process expertly. Easy to use platform too!

Easy to explore and set up a profile. The support is brilliant and packed with their tips & tricks for a better experience.

The experience with the platform has been amazing. The site is very user friendly and the experts guide you through the whole process to make sure you have the best chances at reaching businesses.

We've decided to register our brand with Fairling because we thought the first contact we had with them was really attentive and professional. Since then, our first impression has been confirmed all the way. All our questions have been answered thoroughly and we have received valuable advice on how to proceed with the platform. Now we hope all these collective efforts will pay.

Had a great experience until I signed up. No customer support or account development. No one customer approach to our brand, and they auto renewal, having been sold a trial period only!!! No customer service or ability to speak to someone without chasing.

Must admit that Fairling team is one of the most helpful support teams I have ever experienced professionally and individually. Very clear and quick in response. In terms of the platform itself, we have just started using it but it seems to be user friendly and catchy. A subscription fee is not the smallest one, especially for small brands, but possibility to connect with a huge number of European stores gives you a feeling that this might return.

This is really an innovative and exciting platform. We used it for the launch of our CBD brand and we still do successfully! Clear recommendation.
