I had a very negative experience with this company. We joined on the promise to have the money back but once I made a payment and never received a refund. It seems they have arrangements to remove negative reviews, so their public reputation always appears good. I strongly advise staying away.

I signed to Fairling in 2022 and they gave me a good support for my business . The team is well prepared and very helpful for all your requests . Unfortunately I didn’t have the time and chance to use it too much and forgot the renewing membership but they were very understanding of my situation and cancel it for me without having to pay an extra year . I recommend to give it a try and if doesn’t work for you you also have a money back guarantee form that you can sign up ( ask better them in advance how that work ) . The team is really nice and helpful !

They have pledged to return the money after a year if we do not receive at least 5 sales and 10 wholesale requests. We paid 1200 euros for one year. We received zero sales and zero requests. They refused to return us even partially, citing the fact that we had not signed some hidden money-back assurance paper, which simply serves to justify their refusal to pay. We are a respected brand, yet we got sales on Faire over the same time period doing nothing. Fairling has a stupid Ads system that you have to run and renew every month. If you fail to renew, you will not receive a refund. Stay away. Do not spend your time or money.

Eine super Plattform, um deine Produkte zum richtigen Partner zu bringen. Kleinere wie auch grössere Unternehmen haben hier die Möglichkeit einfach und mit tollen zusätzlichen Service ihre Produkte zu zeigen und den gewünschten Butiken näher zu bringen. Der Support hilft sehr gut und Unterstütz die Mitglieder auch den Content zu verbessern. Es ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und man kann durch wenige klicke super und attraktive Produktepräsentationen erstellen.
