Today was the first time I didn’t receive an early access email for a sequel I desperately wanted to purchase. I only realized once I had waited in the queue and got access to the shop site. Luckily, on Instagram stories, Fairyloot had posted to be in touch if an email was not received. I emailed and got a reply back about 20 mins later from Ellie. She was apologetic about the issue, sent me the access link with password and I secured a signed copy immediately afterwards. Thank you Ellie and Fairyloot for your prompt response and for quickly and efficiently sorting out the problem for me so I didn’t miss out on a signed exclusive edition!

I know there's always lots of complaints with FL customer service but I've never had an issue, those who help me are always kind and very helpful even if it takes a few days to get an answer but my issues are always resolved :)

Fairyloot's Customer Service is top tier. Any time I've had an issue, they've always helped me resolve it, in a way that I have been satisfied. In this instance my package was lost and I have exhausted all options I know of to have USPS/my neighbors help find it. Fairyloot is sending me a replacement. Honestly so thankful to be a subscriber to such a great company.

Plus the books and the items they send are just magical every month!

So we are military so we move a ton. I had pre-ordered a specific collection that was not going to release until the next year after moving. I confirmed with customer service and on my account that the old address had been completely removed however, by their mistake, they ended up sending the series to the old address when I reached out to them about this, they basically said I never reached out and it was my fault so they refused a refund or to resend.

I've been a Fairyloot subscriber since 2020. I subscribe to all five of their different fantasy boxes and I love their exclusive editions. Every single book is designed with love and care. Shipping is speedy and the Fairyloot team are always happy to help and quickly resolve any issues (I think I just had one parcel lost and one slightly damaged, which they replaced immediately).
