The best customer service!
I had an issue with an order and had to mail them and within 10 minutes I had a response and everything was fixed! I’ve never had such an awesome customer experience.
If anything is wrong with whatever, just mail them and they have a solution!

You know, I have been a sub to Fairyloot here in the US for a long time now and I very rarely have any issues. I would say I have had maybe 3 books over my time with them show up with damage that they very quickly replaced with no hesitation. I have had a couple go missing due to the postal service and they've always been absolute rockstars in replacing those as well. Through all of my experience, their customer service has been kind and understanding.

I’m happy about the fast response to my problem, i got a damaged copy of a special edition and they immediately agree to send a new one. This is not a 5 stars because the new copy had the same damage as the first one sadly. Overall, Fairyloot is still my favourite company for special edition books!
Quick communication and resolution
Was missing an early access email to purchase the second book in a series from Fairyloot but Amrit was quickly on the case when responding to my email and I was able to order the book I was looking for in time☺️

Positive customer service experience
Kiran in customer services was very quick and prompt in helping me solve my queries regarding address changes and questions about renewals. I also appreciate the recent queue changes as it means I don’t have to worry about getting on the site hours before a sale. The only reason this isn’t a five star rating, is I do think some of the book picks in the Romantasy had questionable authors who I didn’t want to support due to conflicting political beliefs (I’m not a supporter of Charlie Kirk or his beliefs unlike June Romantasy’s guessed author) or the portrayals of a minor having sex with an adult (March’s Romantasy author). I think a little more care into book choices would be advisable.

I was struggling with the new queuing system and didn’t realize the needed password was in my preorder email, but the support replied to me very quickly and helped me go through with it. Thank you very much!

I would like to personally thank Danah for helping me during the Into Darkness sale today. There was an issue with my account preventing me from accessing the early access sale. I probably annoyed her by placing multiple tickets because I was struggling to attach images from my phone, she was able to close out the duplicate ticket and resolve my issue in time for me to purchase the set.
