Avoid at all costs - Fraudulent Site
Avoid at all costs, this website is a scam. I made an order and as soon as the money was taken from my card the order was cancelled. The order was cancelled before I even received the email confirming the order, but of course after the money was gone.
When I asked the chat assistant about it they claimed a refund had been made, despite no refund being received. When challenged then then claimed it -takes the bank days to make a refund (which is factually untrue). I also asked where this company is based and the assistant repeatedly refused to tell me - firstly claiming it was on the website and to find it myself, then claiming he is unable to give out this information (despite claiming it is publicly available on their website).
The fact that this order was cancelled within moments of the money being taken shows that the product they are selling was never available for sale - which is fraud.
I also asked the chat assistant to delete all my personal data, which was a concept that confused him as he repeated said I 'wouldn't be charged further'. A real company understands GDPR and data protection laws - something which was these people don't (more evidence this is a fraudulent site).
Please don't consider touching this website unless you want your money stolen and fraudsters to have your personal data.

Compré una colonia (18â¬), y para ello, como era la primera vez, me hice una cuenta.
Recibà un correo diciendo que me habÃan hecho miembro VIP. Cuando leà la letra pequeña de lo que eso significaba resulta que me iban a cobrar 47⬠cada 14 dÃas para gastarlos en productos de la web. También indicaba que tenÃa 24 horas para renunciar a ello. En la web intenté anular dicha suscripción (que yo no habÃa hecho) y se me indico que "por problemas técnicos" no podÃan cancelarla hasta pasadas 24 horas.
Envié un email para cancelarla y al momento me contestaron que ya estaba cancelada, pero en esa cancelación intentaron cobrarme 7 euros de la tarjeta con la que habÃa comprado la colonia (afortunadamente la tenÃa apagada y el banco no aceptó el cobro).
Intenté (media hora después de la compra) cancelar el pedido y solicitar el reembolso y me indicaron que el pedido ya estaba preparado (en menos de media hora, un sábado por la tarde), y que no era cancelable.
Estoy esperando a ver si me llega algo o tengo que poner una reclamación en el banco.
Lo dicho, NO SE OS OCURRA COMPRAR AQUÃ.

Hice un pedido y no me di cuenta de la âsubcripcionâ (hasta aquà es era mi problema) cuando revisé y lo cancele me cobraron los 6,95 consecuencia de mi cancelación (sigue siendo mi problema y lo asumi), la estafa empieza cuando acto seguido me cancelan el pedido y por tanto me han cargado ese coste por nada.
