Don’t use this company - it’s a scam

Don’t do it. Nothing to do with the uk - china origin. Ordered 2 sizes up, still looked awful. ‘Easy returns policy’ has been a £10 refund offer so far … suspect they’ll never go back. Thin, stretchy material. Bought a great pair of Craghoppers for the same price (should have done this in the first place). A 2 star only because something did turn up - after 2 weeks I was doubtful. Go to the store or a well known online marketplace

Nearly Two weeks since items ordered, no tracking possible. Items ordered for a holiday , probably will not arrive in time, no mention of long delivery time on their web site.
It just feels like a scam due to lack of communication and time involved and no delivery date in sight.

Never received my package and had to buy twice product was over $100 both times

Ordered a pair of medium work trousers. Sent XXL. Asked for an exchange. No response. Asked for a refund no response. Do not recommend this supplier at all. Will be taking up with Trading Standards etc.

Absolutely fraudulent site. Trousers sent completely wrong size (36 w 34l). No way is this the correct size. Tried to return to company, just given the runaround. Please don’t order from this company.

Avoid this company, i ordered a pair of tactical trousers and they were way to small when I asked for a 36 waist and 36 long leg, neither was correct, I asked for a refund or exchange and they refused, they didn't have my size and still refused to pay so don't bother with these people avoid!!!

Not a bad product, seems good. Just hoped the quality be somewhat better for the price.

I do not recommend anything related to this company, I ordered a few things for my husband as a gift for Christmas, my order arrived with a 2 week delay jacket wrongly sewn trousers small. I wanted to return them but the seller initially wanted to return me 15f where I paid 143f. a.when I still insisted on returning the goods they sent me the address to the factory to China I would send them there at my own expense. the phone number given on the site is not an active address also because there I wanted to send back the order but I was informed that it is not the correct address. and on the news emails respond only at night but still does not come to an agreement. in one word all the information on the site is a lie - phone address service and easy return within 30 days

Scam avoid like the plague. No item turned up and they've offered me £7 from a £50 order

Trousers I ordered were too short. When I asked to return they have been very obstructive. I have been told they need to be sent to china but they will not provide an address and different fees keep being mentioned - return fee, labour fee, re-listing fee but no amounts. Feels like a complete scam

I ordered trousers size 34W36L. The order arrived after 4 working days what was a positive surprise. However, the length of the trousers was 32, not 36, and waist was a bit tight for 34 as well. The label on the trousers was L - no mention of the length.
I contacted the support to request a replacement and after several emails in which they were trying to discourage me from the return (additional fees, etc.) I was given a return address in China. As the support email is Falour_UK I was a bit surprised and requested a UK address but was denied that, as they said they only accept returns to China.
This company is another Chinese scam, so stay clear of them and get your trousers from a UK-based business (which is harder than ever, since businesses like this one do everything they can to hide their origin from customers).

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! they are scammers, not UK based, they are a Chinese company. All of the products are too small compared to UK sizes. They don't do refunds for items that don't fit either. They said I could send back my order but it would be a £30 return fee and £10 delivery fee. This was from a £70 order by the way.

If i knew the products were shipped from China I would have never purchased them. Took 8 days to ship only after I emailed them twice. Now it will be a couple more weeks before I see my pants.

I ordered a pair of combat trousers costing £42 + £4.99 delivery. What arrived was at least two to three sizes too small. I tried to return them within the 30 day period as stated on their website, but they have so far refused to supply me with a return label despite exchanging several emails with the 'support'. They also tried to dictate the terms of any potential return, saying I could have an exchange only. Not a refund. This goes against their stated policy. At this stage I have zero confidence this will be resolved and it will be nearly fifty quid down the drain. They're also not based in UK as stated, but in China. AVOID.

The quality seems decent but they are way short. I ordered 38x36. The pants came in as size 3X, not waste X length. The waste is close but the length was barely 34”. I’m disappointed in this purchase
