Complete rip off, company not in UK, shoes tiny compared to uk size and definitely not as advertised. Refused to refund. Stopped replying to emails Wasted £42

Guys ran from this site. I ordered 2 combat trousers with no receipt issued. Now I can not track my order and can not reach them on their provided contact number either. How do I get my £84 back?.

I wear a 34x32 and can’t even get my leg in the large. These must be for children not men

Ordered a pair of trousers. They arrived 2 weeks later. I am happy with the quality but they were too big so I emailed and asked to return the item. I was told I would be charged postage and shipping so decided to go for an exchange. It took 4 days of one reply messages per 24 hours with short abrupt answers. The last message was ‘OK’……. I haven’t heard back since having emailed again.
Do not use this company. It’s okay if you’re happy with the item that turned up, but anything after that the customer care and service is appalling you will not get your money back or an exchange certainly not from the UK.,

Sizes advertised are inaccurate and promise of return option accompanied by both a “service fee” and shipping which eats into much of the return valu quite abit. Combined with the sporadic service responses, worst experience and will never do business with this vendor again..

I ordered some trousers which were too small. I keep emailing them for the return address and they reply just telling me the return fee is £25. I’ve said I’ll return by Royal Mail and pay whatever that costs and they aren’t replying. This has been going on for weeks. SCAM COMPANY AVOID!!!

Company sent an item to me that was accidentally ordered by someone else linked to my account. I canceled my card as i believed it was fraud. Emailed the company to tell them not to send it and they sent it anyways. They are now trying to get me to pay shipping back to them. Completely ridiculous and predatory business.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
The company claims to be in England yet their postal information indicates that the item is being shipped from CHINA. They take several days to respond to emails (no phone number) and when they finally do, they use delaying tactics to try to waste your time. Eventually they have agreed a refund but have said that they will charge additional shipping fees as well as a handling charge, which is not displayed in their refund policy. After reading several bad reviews I have decided not to return my item as I do not trust them to issue my refund so I am now left out of pocket with an item that I cannot use. TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT USE!

Ordered on the 20th and have not a clue of when or were my product is?

The shoes are exactly as advertised. They fit perfectly, are very comfortable and provide support.

I placed an order a week ago, still have no details on shipment. Only shows a label has been created.

I ordered the pants a few weeks ago. I am not sure they will ever show up.

Bought a pair of medium size trousers and when measured were 27inch waist needless to say they won’t refund or even exchange

Useless company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please please please don’t use this shower of crap, their service is terrible. Two weeks and still not received my item.

I have been looking for the right tactical wear for months. The elbow & knee pads were crucial, along with the material, design and sizing.

Stay away from this company, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a pair of trousers from Falour. I thought this was a British company running out of London. Wrong !!! This is a company registered in the uk but you get Chinese crap.
Also Falour will not respond to emails and surprise they have no other way of contacting them.
£45 out of pocket for a pair of trousers that eventually turned up 4 weeks later that would fit a child not a six foot four person.

First and formost. I tried to research and make sure this was am american company. And make your product in america. But alas as soon as i blught the clothing, thinking that. I found out you made clothing in china. I wont ever buy from your company again, as i am not fond of companys who use slave labor from other countries. Do better.

Its also been a week and a half or 2 weeks and i still dont have the cloths. Do better!

I tried to tell u wrong size ...them u told me it was shipped witch was not shipped now u won't give me my money back I'm definitely not going to be ordering from u guys again ...an definitely exposing ur company to the better bureau of business...for no phone that works an lack of customer service and bad replies 😤...I'm definitely done with u guys

Total joke as a retailer.
Trousers ordered 031124 were not as described so requested replacement or refund.
Today after numerous complaints by email they have provided me with a return address in china. The question for me is if I spend more money returning the trousers will I ever receive a refund or replacement, with their track record so far I very much doubt it
They very rarely answer emails and customer service is basically useless.
I have ended up with two pairs of trousers for £80 which do not fit and no prospect of realistically resolving the issues with this retailer.
My advice is DO NOT USE THEM. If you have any sort of a problem they avoid dealing with it or make it extremely long winded and difficult.
