I’ve had to wait over two weeks for my order with very little info as to what was going on shipment date or even info to when I could EVEN EXPECT to receive it. Poor communication had I known I would have never ordered it. I AM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR MY ORDER!!!!

Ordered 3 pairs of pants

Ordered 3 pairs of pants, took about a week before I got the email that the pants have shipped. Clicked on the link to track my package and wouldn’t pull up tracking info. Hope the pants are worth the 3 week wait to wear them. That of course will depend on shipping time.

Ok I've emailed the company several times with only one feed back.that particular style of pants I wanted did not come in my size.email back an said do have a style of pants that would fit the size I need it these pants are for work or u could refund my card thank you no reply for about a week then this servay pops an I have not received any thing

After 5 weeks of waiting, I received my pants. They are as awesome as they look and make you feel as mutual. I don't understand why It took so long to ship. Get yall some.

Company is a scam.

Company is a scam.
Falour UK is not based in the UK but in China. Their UK address does not exist and the contact mobile number is permanently switched off.
I ordered a 30" waist pair of trousers and received a medium, two sizes too large.
I requested a refund as I was in the 30 day return window but customer service, after finally getting back to me via email, kept stalling. I returned the item to their UK address but had it returned as the address does not exist. They finally gave me an address in China that would have been way too costly to return. They were insistent that I kept the item and get a 30% refund, but what am I going to do with oversize trousers with shallow pockets anyway? I had to accept the 30% refund as it was the only way to get any of my money back.
Absolute scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
