Very bad customer service would not recommend at all

Everything is fine with the sensor, total satisfaction. However, Hermes does not deliver the package reliably. Despite giving you the delivery address, Hermes delivered to the ordering party's address, moreover, not to his door, only two blocks away, leaving the parcel in front of the house and it took him two days.

I am happy with my purchase and a fantastic customer service! they helped me with the bike conversion. Highly recommended!

Bought an electric scooter from them about 6 months ago. Best investment ever, I am a uni student and my accommodation is about 30 min walk. Been using it everyday and it's been such a life saver. Had a few questions from them and they patiently answered them all. Good service.

Only have bought one kit from them but so far so good, quick delivery as well.

Dont ever buy from these cowboys. Bought a wheel kitt from them and 5 months later its started vibrating. They refuse to help or do anything because they give no warranty if you fit the simple wheel yourself. Poor quality equipment and very shoddy customer service.
