I ordered rain boots for as a birthday gift for a friend. Received a confirmation number, a tracking number from the USPS stating that the shipping label had been created, and that was it. Never received any new updates or notifications. I called and called the customer service number at least 10 or more times and never got a live person. I emailed and never received a response. I will never order anything else from this company again and neither should you.

I ordered hockey Jersey from Fanletic for my 9 year old son to wear to his first hockey game. This was all supposed to be part of an awesome christmas present. The package arrived several days before the game except it wasn't a jersey is was a pair college football team pajama pants. Not even close to what I ordered. Even the email I received telling me the package had arrived had a picture and description of the jersey I ordered. I went back to be sure I ordered the correct thing and sure enough I did but someone at this company just didn't care enough to put the correct item in the bag when they shipped it. I contacted customer support and they gave me two very poor return options one of which I would pay the return shipping. They claimed were "really sorry" but did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. Please avoid this company they are absolutely not worth your time or hassle. Seriously shop at another place you'll be better off!

If there were a possibility to give Fanletic zero stars, I would. I ordered a T-Shirt for the Philadelphia Eagles The quality was poor, and they sent the wrong size And the order was late by 10 days I wanted to return it, but it was more trouble than it was worth. The Worst company to deal with. No return call, bad return policy, they even charge you a restocking and return label fee. The item was not received on time Never again will I utilize this company.
