I recenExceptional Service from Kenny at FareForYou! Highly Recommended!tly had the pleasure of workingâŠ
I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenny at FareForYou to organize our Dubai holiday, and I can't speak highly enough of his exceptional support and professionalism. From start to finish, Kenny's knowledge and attention to detail were absolutely spot on. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our trip and crafted the perfect itinerary for us.
What really stood out was his ability to handle every little detail no question was too small, and no request was too much. It was clear that he is passionate about providing the best possible service and making sure everything runs smoothly.
If you're planning a trip, I highly recommend FareForYou, and especially Kenny, for his top notch service. Our holiday was seamless, and it's all thanks to his expertise and dedication.
Thank you, Kenny, for making our Dubai experience unforgettable!

Look No Further - The Perfect Travel Agent for Sri Lanka!
I am writing this review after returning from a 10-day trip to Sri Lanka, organised by Fareforyou. To put it simply, this was the most seamless, well-organised, and stress-free holiday I have ever experienced. If you are considering a trip to Sri Lanka from the UK, do not hesitate to book with this exceptional travel agent.
From the initial inquiry to the final goodbye at the airport, every single detail was handled with impeccable professionalism and care. Hereâs a breakdown of why Fareforyou stands head and shoulders above the rest:
· Unbelievably Prompt Service: The team was incredibly responsive from the very start. Queries were answered within hours, not days, making the planning phase exciting rather than stressful.
· Customer Care That Goes Above and Beyond: This was the most impressive aspect. The team was available and helpful even on a Sunday, providing reassurance and answers when we needed them. This level of dedication is rare and truly sets them apart.
· Effortless and Seamless Booking: The entire booking process was clear, straightforward, and transparent. There were no hidden fees, and the itinerary was confirmed and delivered without any issues.
· A Holiday Executed to Perfection: The on-the-ground reality in Sri Lanka was even better than promised. Every private transfer was punctual, with professional and friendly drivers. The hotels were perfectly chosen and all check-ins were smooth. The entire 10-day itinerary flowed beautifully, allowing us to simply relax and immerse ourselves in the experience.
In a world where customer service often falls short, Fareforyou is a shining example of how it should be done. They didn't just sell us a holiday; they delivered a priceless, worry-free adventure and wonderful memories.
I would recommend Fareforyou to anyone without a single moment of hesitation. Thank you for an absolutely perfect trip. I am already looking forward to booking my next journey with you :)

Be warned!
Apart from the anxious time awaiting our vouchers (ie for excursions etc finally sent 2 days before intended departure) we found the day before departure that our reservations were not recognised according to the details given on our eticket which we couldn't check until 24 hours before our flight to Japan. Now, we are due to fly in less than 20 hours and no idea if we will be flying or not. That's not to mention that the number of meals included seem to have reduced by 3 lunches and 1 dinner. This was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime costing nearly £5000 each. Obviosly we hope this will be resolved in the morning but we cannot recommend Fareforyou. Communication has been hit and miss and at this moment we cant even be sure we will be flying tomorrow.

Fareforyou ããã®åç
Dear Caroline,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you faced leading up to your trip to Japan. We understand how important it is to have a seamless travel experience, especially for a trip of such significance.
We acknowledge that there was an issue with the names being typed the other way around on your reservation, which understandably caused anxiety as your departure approached. We acted promptly to resolve this once it was brought to our attention, and we are pleased to hear that you were able to travel.
Regarding the delay in receiving your vouchers, this was due to group travel protocols; our partner in Japan typically sends vouchers only 72 hours prior to departure, which is standard practice for group travel in Japan. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
As for the meals, we want to assure you that all the meals agreed upon in your original booking confirmation were provided as per the arrangements. We strive to ensure that all aspects of your trip are delivered as promised.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to continue enhancing our services. Thank you once again for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another adventure in the future.
Sincerely.
Team Fareforyou.

Do not use the company hidden chargesâŠsecurity deposit never to be Seen
Do not use this company hidden charges from suppliers ,car rental and the hotel. No mention at all when you book.you car, most people pick up car rentals at the airport but instead you are to be taken to a office no mention at the time of time unable to contact anyone for any emergencies and no out of hours help. Although the company is aware of the suppliers doing nothing is done about it. I booked bed in breakfast at Avanti conference Palm and resort and only to find out I havenât been booked in for bed n breakfast, chasing to confirm if this has been updated even though I had confirmation to show, the hotel staff didnât care.Beware of your security deposit as this will never be refunded and they will not reply to any of your emails.
Car hire with NU rentals beware as you will be forced to sign for hidden fees such pre paid Tolls, pre paid Fuel extra and for additional drivers.
If you do not sign you will not be given the keys.
You-will not be able to get any of your money back even thought you provide proof ,and also your deposit.
Pay extra and go for a reliable car hire company , and a decent Hotel , and enjoy your holiday.

Dear Bhawna,
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience. We take all customer comments seriously, as they help us improve our services.
Iâd like to address a few points you raised. Firstly, as outlined in our terms and conditions, all toll fees and fuel expenses are the responsibility of the customer. This information is clearly stated at the time of booking, and we encourage all our customers to review these details to avoid any misunderstandings.
Regarding your breakfast at Avanti Conference Palm and Resort, we acknowledge that there was an issue with your booking. However, I want to reassure you that the hotel has refunded the amount for the missed breakfast, and we have processed that payment to you as well.
We understand that the car rental process can sometimes differ from expectations. While we strive to provide the best service, the specifics regarding vehicle pick-up and any associated fees are determined by the rental supplier. We do our best to communicate this information clearly, but we cannot control the actions of the suppliers.
We also understand your concerns regarding the security deposit and the responsiveness from the hotel and the rental supplier. We want to assure you that the security deposit has been returned to you by the supplier, and we are still actively communicating with the hotel to address any remaining concerns. We remain committed to ensuring a better experience for you in the future.
Best regards,
Team Fareforyou.
