Produit remplacé par un autre moins cher (évident !) sans avertissement et la différence jamais remboursé malgré mes e-mail et appels téléphoniques. Attention !

Good products, but they should get their s*** together.
In February I had one product missing from the order without being notified. Then again in April again. So it is clear to me that it will happen again. After contacting them per e-mail they did returned the money, ( except in February when they returned with a couple of francs less ) Personally I just want to buy in peace, without checking all the time what they forgot and having to send more e-mails....

Sind vor 2 Monaten auf farmy aufmerksam geworden und bestellen nun wöchentlich. Da wir üblicherweise auf Märkten oder direkt bei Hofläden einkaufen, hat uns die Geschäftsidee von farmy "direkt vom Produzenten nach Hause geliefert" überzeugt. Die Qualität von Frischprodukten top. Kleine Beanstandungen werden rasch und sehr kulant behandelt. Bestell-und Lieferprozess sehr kundenfreundlich. Die Kuriere sehr freundlich, pünktlich und zuverlässig. Farmy sehr empfehlenswert und seriös. Immer wieder gerne.

Attention, cette entreprise viole la loi sur la protection des données. J'ai dû demander à de nombreuses reprises l'arrêt de leur newsletter intempestives. Et à chaque fois, ça revenait. J'ai alors exigé la suppression pure et simple de mes informations. Quelques semaines plus tard, les newsletters revenaient de nouveau. Cela signifie que contrairement à leur confirmation selon laquelle mes données avaient bien été supprimées, cette demande n'a pas été respectée. Une violation est grave et peut conduire à des sanctions pénales si cela a été fait sciemment.

Super satisfied with the quality and delivery (the time of delivery is pretty accurate and you can choose a delivery for the next day!)
Did not receive a product, but we were able to reach the customer service on a Saturday and they replied really fast and found the right solution !
Only down side, the iphone app is not very efficient and needs to be improved.

Grosses Sortiment im Raum Zürich. Freundliche und pünktliche Lieferung. Sehr hochwertige und vorallem sehr frische Produkte mit oft besserer Qualität als im Supermarkt. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Pendant le confinement-covid j’ai recouru à Farmy pour mes courses. Bons produits locaux, fruits, légumes, pain, viande et vins. Les courses sont livrées par voiture électrique. Merci beaucoup.

Ich bin mega zufrieden. Gute und frische Lebensmitteln, das motiviert mehr Gemüse und Früchte zu essen! Und sogar Torten kann man bestellen und liefern lassen. Und Tool, wo man Kurier sieht, wie schnell er ist und wo er ist, finde ich einfach genial. Weiter so!

Very bad delivery service. Had to block my entire day and am still waiting. They are already an hour late without informing me or keeping me posted.

First time I used this was 100% great- second time was a total total disaster and enough of a disaster that I will not use them again- just too unreliable. Groceries eventually arrived at 10:30 pm on the evening of a long weekend- was scheduled between 5-9. Absolutely no communication till we called them after 9pm. We had to cancel our weekend plans and lost a nights accommodation as 10:30 was too late to leave. Clearly they knew much earlier that they were running seriously late. They could have called us and rescheduled. Great concept but you can’t operate a business in a haphazard way like this. Won’t bother ordering again. Products are nice, price is high ( which is totally fine for me and I did not mind ) but seriously let down by rubbish execution. Happy to pay premium price for premium local product- but expect it to be accompanied with passable service at a minimum. Not only the cost of the groceries but the cost of wasting our time and wasting our money on a ruined weekend. Too much hassle for too little benefit.

Im Voraus alles bezahlt. Fa. hat ohne Kommentar nur die Hälfte geliefert. Keine Reaktion auf mail. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Absolut unseriös so etwas.

Ich habe erst zwei Mal bestellt. Die Lieferung war immer pünktlich und das Gemüse in kompostierbare Säckli verpackt. Die Qualität des Gemüses war top und ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so feine Bananen gegessen. Allerdings war ein alternatives Yogurt von Kikeriki bereits geschimmelt, als ich es geöffnet habe. Mein Kühlschrank hat immer 5°C, wahrscheinlich ist während der Produktion ein Fehler unterlaufen. Der Betrag wurde mir aber ohne Diskussion gut geschrieben. In der heutigen Lieferung hat eine Honigmelone gefehlt. Grundsätzlich bin ich sehr zufrieden, da das Angebot an veganen und nicht alltäglichen Produkten super ist. Der Lieferpreis von CHF 20.- ist allerdings doch eher teuer...
