delivery company too complicated

Couldn’t rate Faro.ie highly enough. Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Honestly, I was a little apprehensive as to whether this brush would be different to all the other brands I’ve purchased over the years. But it really lives up to the ‘salon blowdry’ experience. Thank you Faro. I shall be purchasing again x

Amazing brush. Deals with any hair type.
However, please reduce the packaging. The brush arrived in a colourful cardboard box, which would be sufficient. If really required, this could be surrounded by a biodegradable sheet. That box was inside a much larger box which is a total waste.

The brush took ages to come in the post which I was surprised at, really thought it would be much faster as it was being delivered in Ireland. Also the brush is nice but have to say when I saw made in china on it that put me off a bit as I the quality wasn’t as good as I expected for the price.

I bought the every day bundle and love the quality of the brushes. The paddle brush is great for brushing out wet hair and also getting a nice shine on dry hair. I also love the sound of it when using it to brush my daughter's hair. The One brush is wonderful for blowdrying. It holds the hair good and taut to minimise frizz and speeds up the process also. Highly recommend.
