Easy to order online

Easy to order online, all items supplied. Great ham & love the turkey rolled roast's. Great to have it delivered a few days before Christmas.

Same-day delivery was great

Same-day delivery was great. Although it came in a ceramic bottle and only had a fragile sticker with just paper wrapping inside, which made me a bit concerned, it arrived safely in the end.

Brisket Debacle


I ordered 2.5kg of brisket and ended up with 4 small pieces of varying sizes - one was less than 500grams. Rather than complain, I sent an email asking for recommendations on how to cook 4 random pieces of brisket and was told someone would get back to me. They didn't. So I tried 2 in the oven and 2 in the slow cooker and - as predicted - the results were mixed.

Brought the Picnic Hamper for a gift

Brought the Picnic Hamper for a gift. I choose this because it had no items that needed to be refrigerated and it came in a "Farro" zip up bag. It arrived on the date I selected.

The recipient loves the hamper.

I have shopped at Farro’s for years


I have shopped at Farro’s for years and always held them in high regard, unfortunately things have changed. The service has changed since the business sold and it is now a rip off, everything is overpriced. Sayonara Farros.

Quick response

Despite being available on the website of the Epsom store, it was not in stock. But I had phone calls at 7.08am informing me of this and whether I wanted to cancel the order. I did.

Four different items were not delivered


Four different items were not delivered in my Christmas order. Now having to chase up! Disappointing given the high prices for grocery and delivery at Farro and wonder whether we should have shopped at a regular supermarket. Hope they can sort this out.

Unfortunately, especially at this incredibly busy time of year items sell out very quickly. We work hard to try to minimize these occasions, however, there will be occasions when items sell faster than expected or before a redelivery is received.
