Ashley Black Guru レビュー

I can't figure out where all of these negative reviews are coming from! I am a fit 53-year-old woman retired ballet dancer BUT for some reason the last decade the area above my knees in the back of my legs have really taken a beating because of knee weakness! I started developing lots of lumpiness marks of cellular lead and sagginess above the knees which made me very self-conscious because the rest of me was fit so I just never wore shorts!!!! When I got my eyes fixed in November I decided to turn over a new leaf start working out doing lunges and really working on the rest of my body on an anti-aging journey!!!!! With that being said my legs look amazing I have been using the fascia blaster religiously and I finally have my legs back. There are no horizontal lines on the back of them and all of the sadness is gone above my knees!!!!!! I truly believe that some of these people whom are complaining were already out of shape and only relied on the facia blaster without exercising or doing other activities as a sole means to the end result hence the complaints that they're cellulite came back you have to work out and be active with this!!!!!!!! I am a size 4 but that does not mean that I didn't have my issues just like everybody else!

HORRIBLE!!! SENT THE PRODUCT BACK AND WAS TOLD I DID NOT SEND EVERY PIECE BACK..BS!!!
MY FRIEND GOT A KIT ALSO AND SHE SAID IT HURT WHILE USING IT. I OPENED THE BOX TAPE IT SHUT AND SENT IT BACK. THEY NEVER FULLY REIMBURSED ME ALL MY MONEY. WHAT A SCAM!!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!

I purchased the paddle fascia blaster a year ago and I used it a few times before deciding it flared up my pain at the moment so I kept it in my wardrobe. I picked it up the other day and it basically was falling apart. The plastic frongs were coming off it, and the plastic peeling away. Believe the negative reviews. Their customer service is basically them using lots of polite smoky words while not answering your questions. Originally I thought it was easy to get a refund as it’s under warranty, until they had me complete a form and then offer to send me a lesser value product but it would cost me $35.00 to ship it to me. I told them I’d prefer a refund. They told me they would send forms for me to complete to return the item. I asked if I had to incur the postage fees to post them the faulty item. Their reply said “all shipping and handling fees are non refundable”, with a link to an information page. The link wasn’t even directly to the page on faulty products. I had to find that myself. Upon reading, they offer a 30 day warranty on faulty manufacturing only. That should tell you something. I’ve now sent them another email asking again if that means I’m responsible to return the faulty item…as it wasn’t on the page they sent me to. It’s been weeks of this and it’s honestly exhausting. It says that they require proof of the fault and/or the product itself. I’ve shown them a few photos but if I’m required pay for the return shipping. This company is excellent at marketing but their products and customer service since I’ve filled out the “form” has been terrible. Edit: I have posted the faulty item back by registered post with a signature on delivery to the address they told me to. Australia post confirms it was delivered 2 weeks ago and signed for. They are denying having received it. I am appalled. I hope they fix this. Edit: after posting this review on their Facebook website, they sent me an email to say I would be getting my refund. The parcel that they said never arrived 2 weeks ago suddenly appeared.

Quite honestly, I am shocked at so many negative reviews. I have been using the Fascia Blaster products for years and I have certainly seen a difference. Yes, the products are made in China, but so it almost everything we use anymore. I have dropped my blasters on the hard floor of the shower too many times to count and they have only broken once. The little claws are easier to break. I did break two little claws after dropping my smaller tool. That being said, the products work if you are dedicated to using them. It's like exercise...working out for a week does not remove 20 years of not exercising! It hurts to work through bound fascia. Sometimes it hurts A LOT! I did get bruised, but that is a good thing in this situation, as it is restoring blood flow. I have had an increase in effective muscle movement, a decrease in pain and a decrease in the appearance of cellulite on my body. I have had a decrease in the fine lines on my face and neck. Now, I will say that it is an on-going process. Just like with any routine, if you stop doing it, the results will go away. It's just basic common sense in that regard. Anyone who complains, "this doesn't work" probably has not been consistent with using the tool. The pictures are real. I've submitted some personally.

I can't say enough good things about Ashley Black and her incredible invention, the FasciaBlaster! This innovative tool has truly transformed my life. Thanks to Ashley's expertise and dedication to fascia health, I've experienced remarkable improvements in my overall well-being. The FasciaBlaster is easy to use and has been a game-changer in reducing my muscle tension, enhancing flexibility, and relieving discomfort.

Ashley's passion for educating people about fascia health is inspiring, and her commitment to helping others is commendable. I highly recommend the FasciaBlaster and am grateful to Ashley Black for her life-changing work!

False claims! First of all, she claims (now) that her latest product will help external fascia! There is no external fascia!
Secondly, where is her original scam product, now? The “Fascia Blaster”?
Claiming you can get rid of cellulite!
Real reviews are deleted!
She will bock anyone who complains!

This company is non responsive. Despite repeated attempts to contact them. I returned the he unopened product and never received a refund.

Awful product made cheaply in china . Support from customer service is zero. This product is a con . No one can get cellulite free skin with this thing it takes diet and massage with gentle hands using mild manual lymph drainage , not this dangerous tool .

Cheap Chinese plastic crap that breaks after a few uses and they have the nerve to charge Astronomical prices! I asked for a refund because I did not want more of the same rubbish and they just ignored this request and sent a new one, I don’t want it! I want my hard earned menu back! This only thing this woman is a guru at is marketing and lying and falsifying evidence and supposed “scientific studies” It’s also blatantly obvious she has had cosmetic work done and claims it’s the result of her “fascia blaster”. What rubbish. Ask any plastic surgeon and they will verify it. They have the worst customer service and charged more in freight than the actual products themselves, they are clearly making a profit from shipping. Anyone who calls themselves a “guru” is nothing more than a scam artist. Their refund policy is a total farce and this woman should be put out of business and her lies and deceit stopped immediately

Just realizing these products really don’t work for everyone and I’m wondering if many of the pictures in the Facebook groups might be photoshopped. I’ve been blasting regularly for several months with literally zero changes. I emailed the coaches for support. Their reply was that I had a jammed hip (and they neglected to help me figure out a routine that might work for me). When I asked for clarification, they replied with the customer satisfaction survey…so I’m guessing they were done speaking with me. Since I received no help there, I decided to ask the Facebook group and my POST WAS DENIED!! I’ve probably spent close to $1000 on products over the past five months. So frustrated. Hopefully I don’t get sued!

They have no customer service phone number!
You cannot resolve any issue except via email!
Ridiculous.
My order was stolen, so they kindly offered to send a new set (I paid $450 for the set)
I only needed to pay for shipping
They sent me an invoice which I was told to pay online, which I cannot pay online
I cannot pay the invoice because every time I try to do so the product shows "sold out"
I've asked for a phone number to call 4x and have never been given a phone number.
After spending hours going back and forth over many weeks, I asked for a refund. I was told that since this product was marked "shipped" they would not issue a refund.
Shady.
I do not recommend ordering from this company, no matter how much you want the product.
Very unprofessional.
Do not deal with this company whatsoever.

Scam! So harmful ! So much damage after the inflammation goes down. Ashley Black should be stopped!

I received the product and it was broken within three uses. Terrible customer support.. lots of forms and no phone numbers to talk to a representative.

The ABSOLUTE WORST ~ I bought one of these, and within a few weeks, it broke, it was cheaply made in China, and when I submitted a claim, they made me take all sorts of pictures, a total waste of my time, but I was intent on getting it replaced....so after jumping through hoops, no one ever contacted me, when I wrote back, they said I needed to print a special form, take more pictures with the form in the background.....RIDICULOUS! Ashley Black is not a trustworthy business person. Anyone who doesn't allow comments on their instagram ads, is not to be trusted, because clearly she is afraid of what people have to say. Her shipping prices are a total scam too, by the time you get the product in your cart, you realize you are paying a super inflated price once the shipping gets added on. These are just cheap fascia tools made in China, that you can get anywhere on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Oh, and I bought her "serum" and the plastic squeeze tube was broken, so I can barely get it to come out of the glass jar, that's about right for Ashley Black and her sub-par products, and inferior customer service.

Terrible customer service. They never return emails. They don’t give full credit back when making a return like their return policy states, and I never used it the product.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FAULTY PRODUCT THAT BROKE ON SECOND USAGE, AND I HAD TO PAY 50 DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING TO GET A REPLACEMENT (WHICH I DID NOT DO)

I requested to return a product, sent it recorded delivery (it was delivered) but the company provided no refund and stopped responding to my emails.

Eventually, PayPal issued a refund after a dispute.

I also find it very concerning that their main Facebook page no longer allows public comments. There is no way to keep them accountable for misinformation and poor customer service.

Also, there are several facebook groups with negative feedback on the company and the product.

I have used the FasciaBlaster consistently for the last year and I have seen improvement month over monoth.. Thsi year I am startingf with Ashley's NEW YEAR NEW YOU program. I can't wait.

Worst scam ever. Lies in advertising went from permanent to temporary to no cellulite reduction at all. Actually, it's a cellulite maker! My personal experience was awful, full of negative health and appearance effects. Numbness and pain, dizziness, rippled skin, etc etc. It's no surprise the "study" is not based on scientfic nor mathematical fact, but bought and paid for. And where did poor Bart, the author go? There is not a thing trustworthy of this company. Don't believe it? All of the "fans" are either brand new or financially benefit from sales and advertising, like our good friend who gave the only 5 star rating here.
