The style was lovely and the was well made, just the right colour i was looking for would love to see more style

The facinator arrived on time and colour was exactly what was advertised and matches the dress u have

I bought the fascinator and matching bag in the champagne colour for my sons wedding. Always nervous when buying on the Internet about the quality and delivery time. Had no need to worry about this at all. Both items as described and good quality. Also arrived really quickly. Thank you so much

Terrible customer service and sorry being a small family business is not a good enough excuse. Ordering was a shambles as website took time to register my payment so took 3 attempts therefore took 3 payments I then had to get refunded by sending serval emails. Unfortunately the Fascinator was faulty so had to ask for a refund which also involved multiple emails and still have not received the full amount. Shocking service I wouldn’t bother to much trouble

No delivery charge and quickly received. Colour matches dress, natural material, good size and simple but with pretty bow. Perfect clutch for wedding guest.

Lovely selection and found the perfect hat to go with my outfit for my daughters wedding

Last minute decision to get a hat for my son's wedding. It was black and grey and the headband was adjustable. Very pleased about that as 52cm is quite a lot smaller than 57cm. I ordered express delivery and it arrived after two days. Very pleased with whole process. Thank you very much.

There is a great choice of designs and colours. I found the perfect match to go with my dress. The fascinators and delicate and stylish.

The fascinator was good quality but a completely different colour to the image on the website so sadly didn’t match. I expect a slight variation but not that much.

Colour was not as advert.However it was Well made fitted well. Return form not with item long protracted return process i need to get a printer to print the form. Really not user friendly.emailed company . Reply was cursory.cant attach the actual photo of product i received i ordered melon and got a peachy colour.Be very careful when ordering.I was thinking of sending back reirdering fuschia but checked other photos and they are nothing like first photo

Disliked (and reason for average score) TOTAL LACK OF RESPONSE TO POST DELIVERY QUERY
Unfortunately items were not the exact colour match. After further research I managed to identify the part numbers and colour required. The website did not appear to stock the colour I needed so I reached out to see if they could order in the specific colour match items and exchange. I contacted the company by their chat function and email and have heard nothing. I am know in possession of two items I am unable to use

Slightly disappointed that on opening the packaging containing the fascinator I found that one of the diamanté stones had fallen out of its setting - fortunately it was found in the rest of the packaging. Another is quite loose so I guess it’ll be a case if getting out the superglue for a repair job………
Had expected better. Apparently this company is located quite close to where I live but I am on quite a tight time schedule for getting it back to them before I need to wear it. . Other than that, item is just the colour I’d hoped and the design/shape and “fit” is good for the shape of my head!
