Perfect (unusual) colour

I had been looking for a fascinator in a colour to match my dress, not easy but I found the perfect dark green colour here. I would have given 5 stars as my order came really quickly but it was packaged into a box that was really too small so I gave 4 stars

Not good, completely wrong colour. To what they showed and took lots of emails for them to eventually respond

As you know, we have replied to your emails four times. You have also received various automated emails regarding your order.

I understand that you're not entirely happy with the colour of the item and you are returning it for a refund. But given the service and customer service replies you've received, do you really feel that 1-star is a fair and honest representation of our small family business?

We are handling your return in accordance with UK law and providing excellent customer service. Please revise this review and rating.

Apologies again if you feel that the colour isn't represented well in the images. But colours are very difficult because people perceive them differently and are viewing them using different screens with different ambient light.
